Their systems and processes are useless. I placed 2 orders and both were short delivered. Every time I phone the call centre they ask me what items are outstanding. Then I hear the same story about no stock and we will order. If they don’t even have a record of what is short delivered how are they going to allocate stock when it arrives???
Don't ever use this company, they will deliver substandard work and never return to fix.
The mall doesn't have a kids toilet in the "family room". Their cleaning staff refuse to open the disabled toilet for a 2 year old toddler who is potty training, they say he must wait in the normal queue.
I placed an order with at Mochacos Bryanston yesterday at 6:50pm using the Uber eats app. Estimated delivery time was 7:25pm. The order was only delivered at 8:19pm. After contacting Uber, their standard response was that their delivery time was only an estimate. The Uber driver said that Mochacos made him wait as they had just received another order that he needed to deliver. The food arrived cold. What a horrible response from Uber who did not even try to investigate nor provide me with a proper explanation. Will never use any of the providers again

Pick n Pay Hyper have a birthday special running from 21 June - 3 July. On Sa****ay morning 25th June I attempted to buy a Cadac 3 burner gas braai. I called the North gate and Princess crossing stores to find out they do not have stock. I was told by the princess crossing store to come in for a rain check. However, when I got there I was told they cannot do a rain check, all they can do is take my number and IF they get stock they will contact me. After this I phoned the Pick n Pay customer care and asked to check for stock at their wood mead and Soweto stores, which also had no stock. On Sunday I phoned the Norwood store to ask if they had stock and the lady I was put through said Im on lunch phone back in 10 minutes and slammed the phone down. My overall experience with Pick n Pay was appalling as such a big corporate has no professionalism or idea how to run a promotion. You cannot run a front page advert at 50% deal with 30 units per store and not notify the customer that each store has 30 units. Further to this, if you have limited stock at least have the wisdom to limit 1 per customer, where I was told at North Gate that one customer came and bought 6. How can you run a promotion for 13 days and run out within 4 days without a rain check, that is poor planning combined with a no credibility. Don't advertise if you will not supply demand.
