MY LIFE COVER OF MORE THAN 30 YEARS IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OLD MUTUAL THINKS I MISSED A PAYMENT IN NOVEMBER BUT Ms AZRA FROM OLD MUTUAL CONFIRMED THAT THE DEBIT ORDER DID GO THROUGH IN NOVEMBER AND I ALSO HAVE BANK STATEMENT TO ATTESTS TO THIS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE BUT IN VAIN. EVEN WENT TO THEIR SOUTHDALE & HARRISON STREET BRANCHES .IAM MISERABLE & FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW, THIS SO UNFAIR.
Mweb cut my line last week.i called ,they told me Vumatel disconnected my for NO REASON.They promised I will be reconnected within two days until today nothing. Today When I enquire why am I NOT RECONNECTED, Tayyibah asks me if I paid. R250 for reconnection.i asked what reconnection and Tayyibah just closed the chat.What is wrong with Mweb?Almost every month we get disconnected for NO REASON, IM TIRED OF THIS INCONVINIENTS!!!.
Prime is extraordinary and the best ever.Ive been with a few insurances before, never have I ever had my claim approve the same day I lodged it. Super dedicated agents you have, loving , caring and they never leave your sight until they are sure you are safe and comfortable .I know Prime’s got my back any time and any day .Thank you once again.❤️
The worst experience ever.TAXTIM does not know that both PROFIT AND LOSS ARE CALCULATED BY 12 months for tax returns perposes, Really now? I was charged R750 just for submitting my returns.The literally did nothing for me after paying that amount of money. I gave my figured of all my Income and expenditure but they submitted as is instead doing what other Accountants do , calculated everything by 12months , so thanks to TAXTIM I'm sitting with a R27 934.06 that I have to pay SARS AFTER I PAID THEM R750 . The frustrating thing you cant even communicate with them these BUNCH OF CAN’T people.When you send messages they do not respond.I curse the day met them.I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH TAXTIM, THEY ARE A *****.
On the 14July I paid R470 to Mweb’s Nedbank Acc, account.Ref .no63985177. I did immediate payment bcos it was from Capitec yo NedbankObviously Meeb received the payment the very same as it was a pay and clear payment .On the 7th July Mweb send a message to say the account will be disconnected if not paid.I then say tell my son not to worry Becks I had paid on the 4th.We then left it at that.Mweb went ahead and disconnect us, we are not sure when bcos the people at house were not home until on the 25thJuly..So we only got a report then that the Wifi is disconnect.We try and check Mweb technical team and we were unfortunate to get A VERY IGNORENT TECHNICAL TEAM PERSON.THIS PERSON FIRST SAYS WE PAID HALF OF WHAT WE WERE DUPPOSE TO PAY HENCE WE WERE DISCONNECTED.Mind you for the option we took , we supposed to pay R470 which is what we paid on the forth. This ******** person then say our package is for R599 so we only paid R470 .To be reconnect we need to pay the difference R129 plus reconnection if R99.We my son ask them check when was our package increased because we have been paying R470 since 2025 and with NO PPROBLEMS.The IGNORENT TECHNICAL TEAM TURNS AROUND SAYS “OH MY MISTAKE I GOT CARRIED AWAY”.As if that was not enough, Meeb then say we still have to PAY A RECONNECTION FEE.So our question is what reconnection bcos here is the POP , we paid 3days before the sent reminder that we needed to pay.Maybe Mweb technical team thinks people are stupid bcos really how is this happening.This mean we paid for the service did not receive , which is irritating bcos its already month end and our wifi is not working ,worse we still having the UNNECCESARY BACKAND FORTH WITH MWEB. We are looking for another service provider asap bcos MWEB IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY HAVE PROVEN YHIS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.They think they are the only service provider and unfortunately they are NOT. We need our REFUND FOR THE MONTH IOF JULY THAT WE WERE WRONGFULLY DISCONNECTED WHEN HAD PAID MWEB AND WE HAVE A POP TO PROVE THAT..
I wrote a review on 5th May 2025 about my bad experience with Capfin.As stated they double debited my bank account on the 15th April 2025 without my consent.First I spoke Lihle who promised to listen to my and Capfin’s agent about the matter. and then give me call thereafter , it never happened .On the 8th received a called Lizel me and told me she is going to listen to a recording and get back to me Today is the 9th May 2025 still haven’t heard from Lizel. Can someone tell me what is Iit that I need to do ?
Capfin went into my account on the 15April and double debited me without my consent.They first called me to say I should loan money from someone so I can pay my egress and I refused. On 15 they debited the normal repayment of R2376, 91 plus R2500 which I never agreed to. I then called Capfin on 5th May 2025 , spoke to Lihle about my query.Lihle promised to call me back at 11h45 the same about the my query and she never honoured her promise because the know the stole from me.This is unacceptable.
I'm very much disappointed at kind of service this business provided my son.In this day and age , it is disgusting. My son move to Rustenburg, our car was due for service , I then suggest he takes it to V WRustenburg, the decision I will forever regret. First the amount they charged was the highest we’ve ever paid , R5000 plus for the service which we never had a problem by the way. Now where he went and collected the car he then realized that the springs on his suspension were not correctly put back.He then tried to explain this asking VW to assist him with that , but b is now they had our money they didn't hear him.VW Rustenburg just didn't care after charging us that much.What angered me more is that spring could have caused us our car because it was wrongly placed just under the petrol pipe and that could burst the petrol pipe. We usually use VW Mc Dulling in Booysens and we have never had such issues and I thank McDulling for their professionalism. I will rather spend money for petrol and take our car to Mc Dulling Booysens, never taking a chance with VW Rustenburg.They need to review their customer service policies.These are our cars and we know them , their is to respect their customers .We’ve had this car since 2018 , never had issues with VW McDulling Booysens.
Disgusting attitude I got from a girl called Randy at Pep home in Merino Mall Ermelo. I went to Pep Home and bought a phone.I needed this phone urgently because of a meeting I was to attend at 14h00. The shop assistant that assisted me made a mistake which is normal but how the issue is handle is what got to me. I called the store and spoke to Randy who told me she was going to call me back .I called at 13h10 ,my meeting was at 14h00 .I waited for Randy’s which never happened.I feel so much disrespected by Randy as a customer.She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.People like Will make you NOT EVEN WANT TO LOOJ AT PEP STORE if this is the disrespect and attitude one is subjected to.Clearly Randy has no idea what a customer and it irritates me to the core. I’m very very angered by this Randy .
