So I get a message from FNB saying there was an attampted purchase made on my debit card and I need to report it. I go online, start chat with Jamaine absolutely waste of time, get cut off ect. No follow up. Really?? If this is a *****ulant incedent it is on you FNB
Been insured with Momentum since 2018, no complaints and great service. Thank you to Rameez Amanjee who assisted us with our premiums, he went above and beyond.
Everything started very well, took my wife`s car for the assesment etc. Got a confirmation email from Momentum, it gives you a option that they will call you back if you have a question, never got a call back. I had to phone in myself as I wanted a different service provider. It is now 13 days later and I have no confirmation that my car is even booked in for repairs? Please can you contact me asap to sort this out. I find this quite unprofessional .
I had to cancel my debit card becouse it was damaged. Went onto the FNB app no problem, canceled said card and then ordered a new one. Does not tell you that you have to also apply to get the card delivered. Went onto the FNB app to get new card delivered, app says Delivery types error? As a customer I need this card soonest, please can you get this card delivered asap. Thank you
This kennel is great, we have 2 large dogs and started using Snowpine about 3 years ago. I would very much recommend them as the kennel is very clean, the cages are spacious and I am sure our dogs prefer the food they get there above ours. All in probably the best kennels that I know of.
Still waiting since 18 December 2024 for Makro to do a refund on a online order return. Please Makro, if you can do something about this refund it would actually be quite refreshing.
I saw that Makro got very bad reviews for their online service, I made the mistake of not taking heed. Do not use their online service. I am now waiting since 18 December 2024 for Makro to sort out my return and refund. Please Makro, can you make work of this.
It is mind boggeling that after nearly a month Makro has not been able to facilitate a online return and refund. There is just no communication. Do not buy from Makro online. My invoice number is below, Makro if you can get the return sorted out
Makro really does not care about customers, I have been waiting since 18 December 2024 for a online return. Last week someone phoned making empty promises of helping/escalating the return, since then nothing. I am now at a point where I will not buy from them ever again out of principle. If I look at at all the reviews regarding Makro it would make a good topic for Carte Blanche. Come on Makro, please sort this out now
Makro has won the prize for 0, none customer service. I have been trying to return a online order since 18 December 2024, not one call, email or response from them. The return is logged online, I have 3 reference numbers of calls I made to online customer service to get this sorted, no luck. Makro is going to go out of business if they dont get their customer service in order. Please sort this out Please get this sorted asap
