Returned 2 Items that we had ordered, pendant lights. 1 Item arrived completely the wrong item, the other arrived correct. Both item's turned out to be cheap knockoff ****. The company is Fivestar LED, a business run out a China Multiplex (their own website says this). The boxes arrived damaged, the instructions were a single torn up A4 page with a picture and a few Chinese symbols. Initiated the returns process, as this is clearly not what we paid almost R2000 for for such shoddy workmanship (the wiring was frayed and loose, the wood feature is cheap and tacky). Takealot within a day has denied the return, stating user damage. The item's were sent back exactly as they were received, but Takealot is now denying our claim. Should we open any packages from takealot directly at the Pickup point and take photos before we accept the contents? Takealot is throwing us to the ****my third party sellers that are ****ming people.
Am getting insane local latency in the evenings, using their Capped Fibre package. Wrote a ticket with proof, was asked to provide a different traceroute test. but in replying, the agent CLOSED the ticket (117031). I then have subsequently over the last week or so been creating new tickets with more proof the problem lies outside of my area (122250, 122561, 120962) which have yet to have a response from non-automated means.

Hidden flashdrive stolen with impunity. Management don't care and simply hide behind "remove items beforehand" line in multiple page document you are forced to sign before they work. If insurance didn't force me to use them, I wouldn't have in the first place...don't make my mistake, pick a better insurance then.
