Policy cancelled
Finally today 09/03/26 I got a sms to say my policy was canceled thank you hellopeter if it wasn't for you none of this would have happened

Cancel the policy
Hie I joined this thing on the 2nd of March 2026 then after they sent me their terms and conditions I realized that no I don't need this today 03/03/26 I called them to cancel guess what no they giving me a runaround why.

Goodday I joined this thinking it was a good company only to see their true colour's now I asked them to withdraw the court date application because my financial situation has changed but guess what their representative refused point blank Blanch Simmers I guess that's how they make money I urge people don't fall for this company please.MM Masilela

Querying acc
I changed my banking details with atlas to a new bank of which they debiting the acc but now they still going back to the old acc of absa looking for money which of course they don't find now absa charges me R150 for every debit that is not processed I spoke to Musa.Moloko.Irene.Tebogo and Jeanine at my branch in Bellville 2 but I'm did not get any help instead I'm being sent from pillar to post

Debit order cancelation
I asked absa to block a debit order but they kept saying they can't I must call the service provider to cancel from their side now the same service provider keeps saying they stopped it but no they keep going into my acc and now absa charges me R150 for every debit order that bounces I guess that's how they make their money by refusing to block the debit order.

Bad service
Good day as I complained about fnb not clearing up my loan acc and not sending me paid up letter I got a call from Tsepiso on the 15/02/23to say they will resolve the matter within 3-7working days but till today nothing my ref no:2937346

Paid up letter
My account was handed over to Ishmael dhaya attorney then they offered me 35% on my loan acc then I payed it on full on the 19th of December now both the bank and attorney they still don't want to send me my paid up letter

Netstar
<p>Hie there,im a very disappointed customer netstar fowarded my account to credit worx.the thing is they gave me a settlement figure and i payed it at pick'n pay but i put a wrong number but now they cant pick up the reference now phoned them to rectify it as i cant get a refund but to no avail they cant help me and they still want money from me</p>
