I tooknout a temporary loan for 30 days, my husband deposited money to me and fnb took it towards the loan!!! Thisnis unauthorized as it stated on the FNB APP 30 DAYS.. therefor the payment should go off end of JANUARY 2026... THEY TOOK THE R800 AND REFUSE TO REVERSE IT.... THIS MONEY WAS FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHONIS SLEEPING ON THE STREETS WOTH A BABY !!! I WANT MY R800 BACK
Absa deducted R 3000 off my husband's account in Saturday 6 December we called them 5 times to enquire why as no authorisation was given to have the money deducted and every time he had to accept in his bank app for them to check.. he spoke to vusi who was really very unprofessional in her jib as a customer service provider rude and agitated not good at all and he spoke to duncan from riverdale branch whi bluntly daid that he cant help him. Then when my husband said he is going to put Absa and all of them on hello peter they delted all the notifications requesting him to log into his bank this means Absa is hi**** something we want the R3000 back as thatbis a clients miney for material that was oaid for a hib he is doing and nobody seems to care... thisnis rhe worst service ever as i now kniw why oeople are moving from Absa to orhrr banks.. we want the R3000 paid back.. he has all the call logs on his phone as proof and names to whom he spoke on Saturday a d yesterday guve the miney back it s a clients money!!! Worst effect service ever! Stoll waiting on a answer to know foe how much I qualify for a vehicle that I am interested in!! This is now 5 days!! Spoke to Brandon and they took the deal away from hi. Wanted me to contact Chante she picks picks up or drops the call !! This is not the first time I am disgusted in we buy cars.. the big bosses /owners doesn't give a **** and the staff are following in there footsteps... seems they don't want to sell only want to buy and keep cars for their friends !!!! Will never use them again or even recommend them. I have a deposit and still they don't come back to you !!!
Myself and my husband contacted weelee a week ago to assist with either buying or rent to own .. this is all done via some whatsapp thing in Google.. we I formed them to rather contact me directly as I have all the documents that they will require.. I inky received a whatsapp whereby someone will contact me.. To date I have not had any response I have a reference number LD-103732.. I even whatsapp them stating this isn't professional service .. Will rather go to someone else who know they want business and with professional assistance
I ordered a recon 2.5 dieselninhector from these people in randburg. Got the wrong one and not in working order either... struggled to get my injector back from them which they also gave me a wrong and more broken one back... service is bad when it comes to the sales lady and no correspondence within the company.... I needed a 2.5 injector and I got 1.9 whereby they took my 2.5 and send it back with a broken 1.9 after refund ... how the hell!!!
I called and the worst service ever... Aubrey was to answer my call and call me back bit it never happened I holded on for more than half an hour and running out of airtime as well. I wanted to know how to go about to do a solar course but due to the bad service and no communication within the company to be directed to persons to assist I no longer want to do any course thru them...
Goldwagen voorbaai is the worst service I I ever got from any goldwagen place They take their time to answer the phones, promise to get back tonyou as a client and waiting for over 2 weeks and when follow up they aren't as friendly as when you go their in person.... seriously its the worst service from goldwagen voorbaai I would recommend that people just don't support them.
I am a regular client at plumblink mosselbay and seriously their service is really on standard. For three umpteenth time I have called regarding stock and everytime someone says they will call me back and they don't I buy a lot and then I have to call after them !!! Customer service is **** to be honest keep your word when you say you gonna call back in a day or 2 and then I the client have to call back after 3 or 4 days and then still they didn't follow up when stock will be arriving or Eben ordered !!!
What bad customer service... I have been waiting in the staff from mosselbay goldwagen for more than 2 weeks to get back to me regarding a motor part and every time I have to contact them they all have constantly excuses about the part and the same time promise to get back to me but they never do.... this is the worst ever they don't even follow up until you call them or go there and who pays for my petrol and airtime every 2nd day????? This is bull**** and worst customer care service ever !!!!!
Worst service ever!!!. My husband bought and paid for part for a hilti gun and spoke to trend, which helped us very well he recommended the right guy to work through and this "guy" just doesn't seem interested in helping his clients or customers!!! We paid for the part on the 19th September t To which this "guy" (can't remember the name) informed Phillip that the part will be there in about a day. So since then Phillip has to call this "guys everyday and everyday this "guy" has a different story... Hilti just doesn't have service of any kind and customer service sucks big time. Pay back the money if R2136,61 immediately. I am done with Hilti I will never support or buy anything from them ever again as I was a huge supporter of Hilti but this is the worst I ever got. This store of Hilti operates between mosselbay and stillbay... now how long does it take to deliver my paid part to riversdal!!!!! Which is 30min or less from stillbay!!!. PAY BACK MY MONEY . THANK YOU TO TREND FOR ALL HIS HELP AND ASSISTANCE ... HILTI HAS BAD CLIENT SERVICES OR SEND YOUR STAFF FOR TRAINING OR GET PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANTS TO WORK !!!!!
