EXCECUTIVE PLAN IS A **** IN MY OPINION
EXECUTIVE PLAN A ****!!!! EXECUTIVE PLAN A ****!!!! I was charged R13,000 for an eye assessment, the ophthalmologist told me because my medical aid plan paid 300% rates they charge 300% rates but this comes off my medical savings. So I am being penalized for having the best plan. When I asked the oncologist he said "The rich must pay for the poor". I am going to address this with our HR department at work and make sure that everyone knows about this ****!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Discover Executive Plan is a waste of money!!!
I pay a fortune every month for Discovery executive plan, really do't waste your money. They don't chronic medications and then absolutely everything comes out of your saving account. I was just also just told by a practitioner that I pay higher rates because I am on executive. I hate discovery

Marko Online is Terrible
Makro online is terrible please please don't use. I ordered on 27th of July and still waiting. I logged a ticket and the only response I got was to rate their service. Zero is your rating Makro, your service is non existing so impossible to rate.

Vodacom Table Bay Mall - Terrible service, staff so incompetent - been there 3 times treating to transfer account. Each time they ask for a new form after confirming precious time what I need. Staff unfriendly and don’t really want to help - Vodacom sucks, especially this one

Please avoid 1 Grid at all costs - save yourself an absolute headache
Absolutely terrible service , they never get back to you , no one know what is going on. They spent two days working on the incorrect issue and they David promised to get back to me today , but as normal no one ever does. Their staff don't seem to be very technical or care that your business is loosing money because of a mistake on there end

Terrible service - I have been waiting two days and made 6 phone calls with people promising to call me back but no one ever does. When I do get through they tell me I must speak to a different department that I already spoke to on my previous call that they put me through

Executive Plan sucks
After5 years of court cases and medical assessments for my road accident court case. Discover now will take part of my claim to cover their hospital claims. Initially they said they wouldn't so why did they change their minds? I am on the executive plan. Meaning I pay 7K a month for just myself. This means I have paid that monthly for many years and Discovery will pay nothing towards my accident. Don't waste your money with executive plan !!!!

Executive plan useless
I am on the executive plan, so my medical aid costs approx. 7K for me alone. It is the biggest waste of money , the benefits are useless and they never pay for anything. Please don't waste your money. They are very quick to claim "their money" from the Road Accident Fund when you get paid out , but really slow to pay anything. Executive plan really is a massive waste of money

I have an executive plan which cost me almost 7k just for myself, it is such a waste of money. they hardly pay for anything, always have to pay so ****ed off
