Good Evening DSTV Stream App doesn't work on my Skyworth smart tv. It used to work before and all of a sudden 5 weeks ago it stopped working....everytime I phone in I get told it has been escalated and that it will take about 24 to 48 hours to sort out and that they will email or send me a message when it's fixed.....I have lost count of how many times I phoned in.....It's now exactly 5 weeks later and I still can't open the app on my Skyworth smart tv and have received no communication from DSTV. I'm very disappointed with the level of service I'm receiving. You guys don't even communicate and tell your staff what's going on as they themselves can't assist and they are told to tell clients that technicians are working on it.......they are still working on it 5 weeks later without any communication to agents, call centres and clients.......I'm so frustrated that you guys are not informing the public about the problem.

Extreme pools are highly recommended for your pool installation, please try out this company for your pool installation....you won't be sorry.....Foreman is ALWAYS on site supervising the crew and they are productivity busy.
I recently and in the past few months bought vouchers in advance because I always like my account to be in credit......like buying prepaid electric. I contacted webafrica because after the 28 day voucher expires they disconnect my line, even though I have vouchers credits. I must have bought 5 vouchers in order to have credit vouchers available on my account but they somehow can't find my vouchers???? I purchase the vouchers using the EasyPay Mobile app. I'm being told by Webafrica Whatsapp Chat that, This is the actual message from Webafrica Whatsapp, *Miles*: we are currently trying to locate those double payments, yes it will reflect however the services are month to month and and your service is every 28 days. The system on our end only requires one payment per month or every 28 days for vuma reach double payments won't get allocated according for your service as 28 day voucher is prepaid.(end of Whatsapp me) What happened to all my vouchers I purchased in advance and why can't I buy Vouchers in advance???? This is daylight robbery..... I purchase my vouchers using a reference number (921380000003307945) which will automatically be linked to my webafrica profile. I've tried to understand the statements I request when this happens but my credit vouchers never reflects on the statements although my bank account shows the payments has gone through. I requested a statement from EasyPay and will be receiving it on Monday 25 April 2022 after which I will contact the ombudsman and furnish all transcripts as well. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CAN'T BUY VOUCHERS IN ADVANCE......YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENTS I RECEIVE IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. I've been in touch with Webafrica on 22 April 2022 and they still can't find my vouchers that's supposed to be shown as credit. Webafrica, please sort out my vouchers, My reference number on your Webafrica Whatsapp is ( ref# 2657128 ) FROM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CLIENT.
