I’ve reported server issues with my Polo R Line since I’ve bought it. VW has been playing tactics, I experience issues every month and by the way I’ve been paying my installments every month but I’ve never enjoyed the car. All they do is give me a courtesy car of less class.
ook my car to vw Polokwane as it had faulty warning.took them 3 weeks to fix it.got the car on Tuesday and Friday break pads were finished.took car back to vw and was told they don't have parts.they could not even help me with mobility as i had plans outside the province.VW does not take our safety serious how do they release a car without inspecting it?how is it that a car(1yr old) could have 1 breaking pad finished and others are fine?its not even a month since my first case with vw.their rude VW-SA case managers are even free to tell me they don't guarantee my mobility.and that they cant help me.what kind of service is this???

I requested a refund in march as i overpaid my account. Instead of R904 the balance i paid R9049. Contacted edgars thousands times. Everyday i get a new story. Till today in june i stil did not get it. Am taken up n down with my money... Edgars service is kak
<p>hey.last month in the 10th of june 2016 I bought 3 bedroom suits from morkels polokwane (corner grobler and market)to the value of R25 000.I was told they wil be deliverd aftr 3days.I waited and nothing was delivered.after 2weeks I called the store and was told they couldn find the stock of 2Diva suites and should come to the store to change it.I went to the store and choose 2new seira sutes.I was told pretoria has 27 sets in stock and they wil arrange for them to come to polokwane.today is the 13th of july and I still dont have anything deliverd to me.and finding a refund am told it can only be transferred to my bank accoun***** about my bank changes?I had charges when I withdrew the money to pay morkels cash I jst cant have additional charges now.what can one do in this situation?contract me</p>
