Worst Service ever!! Been disconnected but Telkom has billed me 4 two lines after contacting them to cancel the 2nd line I get billed 3 consecutive months again after that. Call them and get told systems are down mind u they forever down never working but just pay a day to late and there system can work to switch off ur internet but not working to switch it back on then I have to pay a reconnection fee for an error they made on my account. Ridiculous I tell u. TELKOM IS A WHOLE JOKE!!!
The worst Network by far. I have been trying to cancel my cellphone contract since the 1st of February 2021 today is the 31st of March 2021. I have emailed retentions numerous times not once have they contacted me. i eventually got hold of a consultant on the 5th March 2021 only to be told there is nothing he can do because my contract is with collections due to non-payment he will get his manager to contact me today is the 31st March 2021 no contact at all. They have completely bared my number i am not able to make calls, receive calls or sms's. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!
<p>I am disgusted in Cape City Volkswagen for the way in which they handle their customer service. I initially bought my car in November 2013, brand new i might add. Since then i have taken my car to Cape City Volkswagen branch four times for a water leak on the front passenger mat, now since i am in need of a courtesy car to get me from A-B because my car usually spend between 3-5 days at the branch, every single time i need to take my car in there is a long delay from the time i call until my car actually gets booked in i first need to fight and follow up before anything gets done. Three weeks ago i called them to advise that for the fifth time in 2 years the problem is still ongoing the car's mat is wet again, is this not maybe a factory fault? i have to deal with this issue time and time again after they got a call the second and third time should they have not made a better plan to ensure that whatever the problem might be gets fixed. I have literally delt with so many individuals at that branch yet non of them are able to assist me. Everytime they follow up they tell me a car will only be made available the following week that is always the excuse. Honestly i do not care what you have to do i am fed up with the service, with the last time being December 2015 my car came back the aircon was not working they left the computer box of my car ontop of my batery i had scratches on the plastic inside the car and again had to take the car back i mean really not only cant you fix my car but it comes back in such a state, come November of this year my car will be out of warranty what then? i sit with the **** that Cape City Volkswagen sold me then it will no longer be their problem. I work my **** off to pay for a BRAND NEW PROBLEMATIC car and since its already been their FOUR times it still can not be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC BUSINESS PRACTISE, i do not recommend CAPE CITY VOLKSWAGEN to anybody. If you were planning on purchasing a vehicle from them my suggestion is to think not twice but thrice. </p>
