If there was a 0, I would choose that. Bought a 7-piece lounge suite through a reputable chain store in September 2024. It was delivered by the delivery people they choose and set in storage, where it has never been unwrapped or touched. I eventually had it moved out of storage this past weekend, looking at it for the first time since purchasing it, only to find the fabric is torn in one of the couches. I reported it on the same day of unwrapping it, only for my request to be declined, because clearly this company does not responsibility for faults on their part, as clearly seen in all the reviews thus far. What a disappointment and utterly disgusted. I hope this review saves other potential customers from going through the same thing from this company.
This has been the worst online shopping experience excountered to date!!! My wife put through an online order on in Dec 2020. Despite what the website says about delivery time (false advertising), the ordered was canceled on 9 Dec 2020. All procedures were followed from our side to try and retrieve the payment we made. To date, 5 Jan 2021 we are still waiting for someone to get back to us or refund our money... This after numerous of calls. We will NEVER use them again.
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I was approved for the date exploration, price lock early in July.</p> <p>I was informed that the deposit would be debited from my account the following day, after receiving approval. Suffice to say, no deposit has been deducted from my account.</p> <p>I was also told that it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. It's been nearly two weeks and no correspondence from Multichoice. Is this a scam?</p>
