Calgan Recliner Sofa deserves a zero rating for quality!!!
Less then four months ago, I bought a Calgan 3- seater, 2- seater and single seater. Their quality is absolutely pathetic. Just imagine that within this period, one of the 3-seater seats are already sagging. Now I have to go and sort out this mess with the shop where I bought it. It is an absolute disgrace. Stay clear of this brand name.

Calgan Recliner Sofa deserves a zero rating for quality!!!
Less then four months ago, I bought a Calgan 3- seater, 2- seater and single seater. Their quality is absolutely pathetic. Poor quality recliners
I bought a Rio Day Bed from UFO Centurion December 2024, to date this sofa has been exchanged 4 times and still comes with defects, it's torn and the stitches are coming lose, UFO Centurion has even given up exchanging and I now want my refund everything your warehouse sends is defected, you're embarrassing us South Africans with your poor quality furniture. People must stay away from anything Calgan you are ripping people off their hard earned money.

Poor quality recliners

Utterly disgusted
If there was a 0, I would choose that. Bought a 7-piece lounge suite through a reputable chain store in September 2024. It was delivered by the delivery people they choose and set in storage, where it has never been unwrapped or touched. I eventually had it moved out of storage this past weekend, looking at it for the first time since purchasing it, only to find the fabric is torn in one of the couches. I reported it on the same day of unwrapping it, only for my request to be declined, because clearly this company does not responsibility for faults on their part, as clearly seen in all the reviews thus far. What a disappointment and utterly disgusted. I hope this review saves other potential customers from going through the same thing from this company.

Calgan doesn't repair even if you offer to pay for it
Don't ask these guys to please fix there poor quality material You get a proper staff member and all is excellent ,you take ,you pay and all ok Six months later they don't do there repairs anymore We don't ask to be done for free just repair and I will pay The colour is more important

We are so extremely disappointed in the workmanship on the Calgan Recliner set we bought from Recliner online. The set is coming apart. rivets/staples are protruding and damaging the fabric. Recliner online are not accepting responsibility. they are not even prepared to do a quality check. They are blaming us saying we have done the damage! Without even having a look at the bad workmanship and quality of the couches. The set is not even a year old. Do Not buy from this company, their products is of sub standard quality and their service is really really bad.

Warning about Charlton recliners
I want everyone to know that you should not purchase any of the Calgan Charlton recliners. They manufacture it without the extra clip, so the 2 and 3 seaters is not properly linked together. So they fall apart. And they don't tell you about it before you buy it. The couches looks very nice and soft, but they fall apart. Please be carefull
