Terrible Service
Most terrible service ever. I used them last year when I needed t-shirts printed for my little girl's first birthday. They don't care about customer service at all. This year I thought I would give them a second chance. Big waste of time. They don't care about their customers. They don't even reply on messages. I will not recommend them to anyone. Please don't waste your time with them. Stay away from them!!

Worst service ever
Blu 2 Solutions in Mokopane They are the worst. My first time supporting this business. They promised me that the t-shirts will be ready in time. I told them it's for my little girl's first birthday. They don't give updates, they keep on having excuses, they don't answer their phone. They don't care at all. Today is my girls birthday and I'm still waiting for feedback from them. I will never support them again, and I will not recommend them too anyone.

Warning about Charlton recliners
I want everyone to know that you should not purchase any of the Calgan Charlton recliners. They manufacture it without the extra clip, so the 2 and 3 seaters is not properly linked together. So they fall apart. And they don't tell you about it before you buy it. The couches looks very nice and soft, but they fall apart. Please be carefull

Outstanding service
Great service We send our Chelino stroller to Chelino 2 years after we bought it so they can refurbish it. When we received it back it looked like a brand new one. Thank you for the excellent service and work quality.

Worst aftersales ever
Worst aftersales ever. Every day I need to follow-up to find out when the problem will be resolved, and I'm still waiting, they need to exchange the couches because they send us couches that has a manufacture problem. It's been 2 weeks now, still waiting...

Couches not fitting correctly
Delivery was very fast and we received good service. But the couches is a problem. They don't fit together correctly. It doesn't help the delivery is so fast and then the couches need to be sent back for new ones.

BAD SERVICE
VERY BAD!!! I ordered a biltong cutter for my husband for fathers day, when I received it a week ago, it was terrible, there was splinters sticking out and it was not finished off. I send emails and I called and only a week later they decided to do something about it, and they send a new one. I received the new one today, and it is still not right, there is a piece carved out thats not right and then they just leave it like that, instead of fixing it before they send it out. Now I will have to wait again for a new one, they haven't even replied to my email, and they don't answer the phone... This is really bad service.

Bad service, Courier Guy
VERY BAD SERVICE. Stay away from them. The drivers is very rude. He even refused to give me my parcel after I asked him not to hoot infront of my house again. Then he was spitefull and told me to collect the parcel at their office. I complaint about this but the lady who was trying to handle the situation did not even care enough to apologize. Don't use courier guy. They don't care about their customers
