I bought a Rio Day Bed from UFO Centurion December 2024, to date this sofa has been exchanged 4 times and still comes with defects, it's torn and the stitches are coming lose, UFO Centurion has even given up exchanging and I now want my refund everything your warehouse sends is defected, you're embarrassing us South Africans with your poor quality furniture. People must stay away from anything Calgan you are ripping people off their hard earned money.
My complaint was never resolved
I logged a case and even after their turnaround nobody has gotten back to me after countless emails
My car has a humming noise when you put the car in reverse I took it to BMW Centurion and the technician told me that the discs are glazed and I should contact BMW SA which I did I was taken back to Fourways Technician Manager there told me its normal there is no way in hell that a high performance car over the value of R700 000 makes such a noise and is considered normal they did not even compare it with other cars of the same class
I bought a 'new'Polo 1.0 Tsi Comfortline DSG from Bidvest Mcarthy VW Arcadia in December 2018 before reaching 1000km the car brakes failed and I was told about a software upgrade now the car has 6188 kms there is a squeaky noise coming from the front wheels and the car shakes when the it changes down gears when it comes to a stop and there is a funny clutch plate smell I never drive the car on manual or sports I believe I have been sold a reject of a car considering this was my first car.

Worst Bank in SA, they tell you calls are recorded but the last call I made could not be found on the system as if I was speaking to a ghost. I placed a notice for withdrawal on Monday with some ghost consultant who did not even bother to log anything onto the system 48 to 72 hours funds are not available. Please close my Tax free account immediately for the interest rates you provide for your savings and investment products you service clearly does not match it. Yo dont even have reference numbers for calls what the heck??? so how do I get confirmation for anything??? Your service is ****. I wonder if the ombudsman knows that your an FSP that does not comply how can a call log be missing??? when you tell people calls are recorded etc Bonginkosi Kulele
<p>I have been requesting my Price Lock Application to be cancelled since the 8/05/2017 to date, but all I have recieved since then are false promises by Supervisors who promise to follow up and provide feedback but don't, my request has been Escalated more than 5 times with Case numbers (I111, I108, I117, I112) but nothing has been actioned by the so called Price Lock Department. I called in today to find out if it was cancelled and was misled by a consultant who told me that it was cancelled only to find out that the Device which I never gave consent to and requested to be cancelled was activated today and a Debit Order has been loaded onto my Profile for something which I have been requesting to be cancelled since the 8th of May and a Device which I never got any call regarding it's delivery or cancellation. I am going to Escalate this to the Ombudsman, since nothing is being done to adress my issue. </p>
<p>I am absolutley horrified at the service from DSTV . I applied for the Price lock option and cancelled it within two days. The consultant advised me that they cannot cancel it and escalated the cancellation to different departments or perople. I was even more upset when a debit order is placed for the fees and that the device will be delivered. I dont want the device I dont want to be a party to the contract . This is a complete breach of the CPA and there a total disregard to my cancellation instruction. I want someone to place me back in the position I was prior to even contacting DSTV for the price lock option. I will escalate this to the Ombudsman should I not receive any resolution today. </p>
