I wish we do not have to use platforms like helo Peter and countless calls to have our issues resolved, nevertheless my claim was settled and thanks to Zweli who took it upon himself to make sure the right thing is done, your service was exceptional and beyond the call of duty,keep up the good work and keep on putting smiles to more faces.
Worst Service ever, as if loosing someone was not painful enough, I've put my claim yesterday the 14th of March and when I follow up I was told I need to submit the death certificate, mind you I already did that via watsap, never the less I still sent it again and even submitted @ the branch around 13:00 on the 15th, called them around 17:00 and spoke to Sanee who put me on hold until I ran out of airtime and if u think u will get a callback from them then think again, called again and spoke to Leah and she hanged on me, eager to get what is due to me then I called again and spoke to Yolanda and and she did the same as Leah, hanged up on me,called again and spoke to Matthew who told me that they still waiting for the death certificate and I ran out of airtime while he was checking something for me and didn't bother calling,the whole call center is useless, shame on you, we trust on you to ease the pain not to rub salt on the would, what would you still pay the money for, rather call this after tears cover.
I went several times to Northgate mall to pick up my wife as she works there, the other day I was waiting for her when a car quard told me am not allowed to sit or sleep in my car and I just ignored him since I was not in the mood to exchange nasty words and he left, before I knew it there was a security guard driving a car asking me why am I sitting in my car and repeat the same nonsense that am not allowed to sit or sleep in my car,I would like to emphasize this,THAT IS NONSENSE I CANNOT GO PARK MY CAR AND SIT OUTSIDE WHILE WAITING FOR HER AND AM READY TO BE ARRESTED
Went shopping 4 a phone and the service was pathetic, cashiers were just chit chatting while I was at their cellphone display with no attention from no 1, had 2 shout 4 help, they called several times to their microphone 2 someone by de name of Siyamthanda with no show n eventually after 11 minutes she showed n still gave me an attitude n I then realized this is de same lady I asked where cellphone were displayed she acted as if she is owning the shop
Went to Capitec to deposit the money @ the atm @ randburg Square n while processing the machine suddenly said out of service,no money in the account and the money was never returned,called their call center and as usual have to wait for 24hrs,what happens if it's an emergency,so ****ed
I curse de day i joined dis Company,their unit on my car is faulty n dis was reported 2 dem in May already n 2 dis day dey have been playing hide n sick, their customer care n its team leaders r useless, after calling them countless times all i would hear is we will escalate n dat would b de last tme u hear from dem, de only time u would hear from dem its when de premium didn't go thru which i did it deliberately, why would i pay 4 something dat is not working, b careful n run away as soon s u hear de work cartrack
I installed my unit and initially opted for a 99 Rand option, someone called me to upsell n upgrade it 2 a 149 Rand option n one of the feuteres was to notify me whenever there is unauthorised movement on my car, I've removed my battery several times and nobody called me from car track, I called them on the 1st and the lady i spoke to advised my unit was faulty and they will immediately book a technician to come and check it and still nobody called me or came, I phoned them today n they said there was a delay n nobody cared to inform me of the so called delay, am considering cancelling dis thing n go somewhere else.
Its been 3 weeks now and Capitec is mum about my money, still waiting for feedback from Lucinda Rajoo, i think i should approach the ombudsmen because if i go to the branch all hell will break loose
Another award winning bad service
My policy was cancelled however i was still debited, prior to that i requested Capitec to switch my debit from Nedbank to Capitec as i was no longer using the account and it was done and the debit even went through from Capitec and after my plan was cancelled i requested for a refund of my premium which was done but paid into the wrong account(Nedbank)how can you debit me from Capitec but refunded to the old account that i switched,somebody phoned me and promised to look into the matter but till today, i got no feedback n no money, i want the money to be paid into the account you debited from and i wont rest until it is done.
