Not receiving amended invoice despite repeated request since December, Cannot insure product. Ordered a Lenovo laptop 19/11/20. Order delivered Postnet 27/11. Wrong laptop was an Acer. Assumed they were applying their policy to replace if ordered product not available, set up and started working. Told I could pay extra R1000 and keep the Acer, which I did. Told 1 Dec would be provided a new invoice. Still not received.
Had an excellent sign up experience with D"Angelo Whyte of Dotsure. Helpful information to enable us to make a decision on which plan was best for us, and efficient follow up right to completion. Thank you D'Angelo and Dotsure, this was our first time getting pet insurance and we really felt like it was being handled by people who care for animals and want the best for clients.
Your customer retention is extremely deceptive and information provided is confusing and deficient. I started trying to to cancel contract in June, I want to keep the number but prevent any further charges as I cannot ensure the debit order every month anymore. I was told at the store I had to call 084135. Called, told that the amount to cancel would be R1172,72, end June, July, or should call before 29 August. Called today and now told 30 days notice so still have to pay end of August AND September! Why was I not told that if i phoned 29 August (when contract ends August, that i would then still have to pay at end september? Advised that cancellation processed today, but now still have to pay at the end of September. IF I CANCELLED TODAY WHY WOULD YOU STILL CHARGE ME END OF SEPTEMBER????

I have a contract MTN 100 TopUp, which I maintain specifically for the purpose of being able to make payments and include beneficiaries via internet banking when overseas. Everything I have read which is available online indicates that roaming is available automatically for this type of package.

So imagine my absolute delight to discover that it is not working when I get overseas. Imagine how much i Lol'ed and Lol'ed at the very helpful response from MTN that my "international roaming service is not active thus you are having an error when connecting, however, we can activate it when you come back into South Africa".

Really, thanks for making me wait for that response. You guys have cost me and I am going to start lodging complaints with the 1000s of others that you already have. Seriously, after being a client many years, maybe time to say goodbye to MTN.

Your information is deceptive and misleading and I will lodge a complaint with ICASA and whoever else will listen you have ****ed me off
