I traded a Ford ecosport1.0 in Jan 2023 to a kia Seltos 1.6 2023. The Ecosport was settled in Jan and the sales agent who is not working there anymore even told me that the car has been settled as of Jan. A few months later I received a call from MFC saying that the account is in erreas. I'm not in kimberley .since Jan, have relocated to Bloem and we only speak via. I have asked and nobody is giving me feedback. All I know is that MFC wants me to make that payment...what is it that I need to me that payment if the car was settled
Worst service ever. Patients complained to us before but then I was a patient myself along with my child. They never check up my child who was vomiting and had diarrhea. My.child even vomited on the sheets and I had to beg someone to come and change. By the time someone did come, the sheets were dry. My baby was even sleeping on the floor. . No inThey'll come do vitals and then they gone. Supper was at about 5 the previous night a d they never came to collect the dishes nor clean the room.
<p>RFrom Oct 2017 I took my fone LG Beat4 to be repaired to cellc Hatfield Plaza in Pretoria. After waiting I called the insurance to find what is going on. According to the insurance, I did not insurance the LG Instead, it showed it was the Sony of which I do not own that fone anymore, however, cellc at Hatfield did correct it. As a result the repair center returned it due to lack of answer. I went back to the outlet of which the claim to have corrected it but the insurance said it wasnt. I went with my contract which state's that i did insure the LG BEAT4. I eventually had the insurance on the line while being at the outlet. Finally it was corrected and we again submited a claim.I called in December last year to find out if the claim was being processed but there was no luck. I called on the 5th of Jan to find out if the claim was processed and suddenly they could not find my document. I called today 6th Jan 2017 to find out about the claim but it is not and I'm being told to wait. This is totally unacceptable, I am paying and never missed a payment to the insurance as well as my contract to still not have my phone to be repaired. I am without a phone since October 2016 yet I'm paying every month towards it. I would like my phone to be returned ASAP and my contract as well as my insurance CANCELLED My IMEI number is 352621-07- ********** Reference for repair center GPPRE75178 Number associated with my phone ********** 800 ID ********** 333082 INSURANCE does not evn tell me what my policy number is. Don't evn know what to do or whom to speak to. I have even relocated from Limpopo to Pretoria and I'm now in Rustenburg without a fone but I'm paying towards getting their services </p>
<p>the phone insured on the system, as well as paying an exccess fee that i was never told about,thereafter we put on the claim. then CellC insurance told me that i should call on Monday to find out if the claim is being processed, I did with no luck and they said I should check them the following day. today I called again to find out if the claim is being processed...same story it is not. I fail to understand what is taking so long. this has been goin on since October, it really is frustrating, i dnt have a phone meanwhile I pay them every month. I am relocating as well and only in PTA till end of the month. the reference to my phone is GPPRE75178. i really do not know what to do</p>
<p> I had my contract phone upgraded before the time in Nov 2015 instead of April 2016 at Mall of the North in Polokwane from a Sony Experia to LG Beat4. Having learnt my lesson of not having insured my Sony, I insured the LG on updgrade. after endless problems inc overheating, switching off on its own, low battery power i booked it in at Cellc Hatfield Plaza in Pretoria for repairs in Oct. to this day, m still waiting. I called the insurance to find out if they will pay, they are always engaged. I went to the outlet, they gave me a number to send CellC insurance a message but they never got back to me. The phone was even returned from the repair center due to lack of answer. I went back to the outlet again and told them what the situation was, they claim that on the system it shows that i have insured the Sony and not the LG and so does the insurance. I gave my contract which states that i have insured the LG..we booked it in again, made a proper claim and e-mailed the contract to the insurance provider. I called again the insurance who also claim that the only phone that they are seeing on the system is the Sony...how can i insure a phone that is not working. I am going back and forth with this and going nowhere. I don't even have a phone. I'm afraid that the repair center will again return my phone due to lack of answer</p>
