Making money by deceiving clients
<p>I half used your service and cancelled the process at the end as i decided i did not need the loan. No where is it shown this will cost you R350 and another 95 per month! what nonsense you have been debiting my account without expianing this properly to clients. Its discgusting how you rob clients. I also mailed you after he 350 and freaked out and was ignored and you continued to debit me. Flat out ignpring my mail. You flat out steal from clients and unsuspecting, unaware clients are being robbed. Its pathetic. And now you want to charge me a R199 fee for cancelling the service!!! I dont get any f*cking service from you. i am so shocked. I have cancelled the debit order. REMOVE ME FRM YOUR SYSTEM!</p>

Worst client service ever
<p>I have been trying to call, email, online message anyone from Telkom to assist me get a contract. finally i do. they eventually call me and sort it out. they even bill me. BUT NO PHONE. How can you bill me for the full monthly fee if by the 11th of the month I dont even have the phone! are you kidding me. and no one gets back to me or replies or answers or assists. i dont know what posessed me to come to telkom and everyone i meet i will tell them not to bother.</p>

Vodacom steals
<p>My contract was cancelled with full effect as of end of August, I was informed I would never get another debit. September i was debited around R700 and now end of October another R00.</p> <p>When i phoned i am pushed from pillar to post and get told it is billing from the month before. BUT IT WAS CANCELLED IN AUGUST. i then get told that it works two months in arrears. </p> <p>So from the first month i took out my contract i get billed from month one but then for 3 months after i cancel i still get billed? how does that make sense?</p>

Fraud and Theft by Vodacom
<p>Vodacom is allowing a fraudulant person open new cell phone upgrades and accounts on this number.</p> <p>everytime i call they say sorry, they will fix it, i have submitted all documents that were requested and still Vodacom continues to debit my account! everytime i call i get pushed from pillar to post.</p> <p>No one is doing anything about this!</p>
