I have cancelled my application within 24hours with this company when I realised that the mandate they send me they charge R365 per month. I have tried to phone, email and different channels to get this company off my bank account!!!! Stay away from them, they are not customer orientated. They do not respond.

I half used your service and cancelled the process at the end as i decided i did not need the loan. No where is it shown this will cost you R350 and another 95 per month! what nonsense you have been debiting my account without expianing this properly to clients. Its discgusting how you rob clients. I also mailed you after he 350 and freaked out and was ignored and you continued to debit me. Flat out ignpring my mail. You flat out steal from clients and unsuspecting, unaware clients are being robbed. Its pathetic. And now you want to charge me a R199 fee for cancelling the service!!! I dont get any f*cking service from you. i am so shocked. I have cancelled the debit order. REMOVE ME FRM YOUR SYSTEM!

I would like to lay a complaint and find out how I can recover my money from the online financial services company known as LOAN SA (compu-credit). Due to financial needs at the beginning of the year I searched online for loans and numerous companies including the one mentioned seemed to offer hope.

After having "registered/ applied" on their site I was sent email notifications about my purchase of a "so-called package". I immediately read the fine print and noted the cancellation policy. I cancelled within the cooling period and even sent messages to their help-desk declining the agreement and their services. I further called some time later to confirm that they would not debit my account.

On my payday, I was debited and I called asking for a refund. They gave me an email address which I was meant to send my banking statement reflecting the debited amount. Having done this I was sent a form to fill in and return on the 31 January 2017.

According to their form which I have attached I was meant to receive my refund within 7 days (it was not specified whether these would be working or not). A week later when I called to enquire about the progress of the refund I was told that there had been an internal error which had resulted in a back log and I would have to be patient, this was on the 7th of February 2017.

After having tried calling for most of the morning and sending numerous email still no response and or explanation was sent to me. Finally a few moments ago I was able to get through to a lady called Shaista, who refused to give me her full name and insisted that I be patient regardless of the fact that they were not offering me a tangible solution like a time frame when I could expect my refund.

My dilemma now is I would like to reverse the debit order with my bank however on the refund form it states that, if such an action is taken then the refund will be forfeited and I will be liable for the remainder of the contractual costs, something I would really like to avoid. I am now left feeling as though I have no other recourse but to seek help from other avenues.

Firstly their form on the website doesn't state that they are agents looking for loans for people but jsut mention the loan application upto R150 000. Then after you fill the form thinking your are actually applying for the loan, you then realised that they automatically opened an account with them if you didn't contact them within 5 days. Now R359 is deducted from account for joining them. When you try to cancel the account, your given an email that will also give a website to go and cancel your account at. The website doesn't work, it doesn't open. Stay the hell out of these people.
