The ATM in Springfontein, Free State has no money available… again. On SASSA old pay. Unacceptable!
I have submitted my documentation for early withdrawal of my funds from my preservation fund. Due to being disabled. Living with muscular dystrophy is high cost. I’ve submitted my documentation on 24 November 2022. I still haven’t received my funds. I have been very ill for the past 5 weeks and I need urgent medical attention. Without the funds I can not get the help I need. Every email states that my case are with management. Ninety one has no urgency, no humanity, no credibility and no mercy. Should they have more urgency with special cases? 2 emails referred to my case as a special case. It takes longer for special cases. Disability is special and my life is depending on the funds! I have exhausted all my other savings, medical and emergency funds due to my condition
The FNB ATM in Springfontein Free State is always out of service! We’ve been reporting this matter for 3 months. Local businesses are unable to make cash deposits. Residents can not withdraw there Sassa grants! We need a permanent solution for this bad service deliverY in Springfontein There are only one ATM and no bank in our town
I have submitted a return 2 weeks ago. My return parcel has not been collected. I receive daily sms’s that my parcel will be collected. But they never show up!!!! I’m highly disappointed in takealot
I’ve been trying to get my Nedbank business banker to respond to my emails for 3 weeks. I also phoned Nedbank customer care, the operator took my number for a call back. This was a week ago, no phone call yet. I want to transfer my account to another branch and get a new bank card. Can someone assist me, please?
Vodacom Insure does not put the customer first. I paid my Vodacom Insurance for 3 years for my IPhone 6. In May 2021 my phone got water damage. I live 150 km from the nearest Istore. And only go to Bloemfontein once every 2 months. When I eventually got to the Istore a few months after my phone was damaged they said my phone can not be repaired. It took the Istore 6 weeks to send me a report for Vodacom Insuranse. For May 2021 I borrowed a IPhone 5 from my dad to use in the in-term. Due to my iPhone 6 not being used and non payment the insurance stopped in May 2021. Vodacom insure refuses to pay out my iPhone 6 Insuranse claim. They say that my phone was not covered when I wanted to claim in September 2021. Which I knew about, because I stopped using the iPhone 6 in May 2021 due to the damage. I had to wait for the iPhone report before I could submit the claim. It is really terrible service from Vodacom Insure refusing to pay out my insurance money or to replace my IPhone 6. I will not recommend them to anyone. Best thing is that I gave been a Vodacom client for 25 years. And this is how they treat me. Unacceptable!!!
It has been 2 weeks since my 1st complaint about a R104 outstanding amount that was handed over. I receive automated responses. And when the lady phoned she told me she will investigate and escalate my complaint. I still haven’t heard from them
Just an automated response from DSTV or solution from DSTV in regards to my complaint.
I received a phone call from a debt collector today. They informed me that I was handed over by DSTV for R104???? I had DSTV 4 years ago. No communication was send to me in regards to an arrears?? I hate companies that does this!!!!!!
I have never experienced such bad service delivery from a Insurance company. Hollard and OVK insurance are responsible for my 3rd party claim. One of their clients dumped into my car and damaged my boot and dented my car. It has been 5 months and they still haven’t paid out my 3rd party claim. Every time I follow up on the claim, they say that they are still waiting for documentation. I have send the documents 4 times already. The inconvenience that was caused to me with my boot that can’t lock is frustrating. I can’t do shopping because my car can’t lock properly. This kind of client service is why we lost respect and confidence in the insurance industry. I’m terribly disappointed and frustrated. I request that my claim is paid out asap.
