Paid in excess of R600 for two people at The Grove Mall Ster-Kinekor. Got a drink without Ice and literally half a bag of popcorn. Whem I asked why the lady just said it's standard. R100 for half a popcorn, small pack of sweets and drink with no ice. Not worth watching movies in cinema anymore.
They arranged somoene to come and install our fibre line at our new house over the weekend and the guy literally just didn't pitch without letting us know. If you want to follow up or lay a complaint, they advise you to call back Monday. Had to cancel plans and everything to make myself available and the dude's just a no show. Very kak service, should have stayed with Afrihost
Could have been an SOE. Paid R750 to wait two hours (after I was given a specific time slot) literally for someone to confirm my bike's vin number and ask me to switch the lights on and off. When I complained the older gentleman told me "do you want us to help you or not?" No chairs to sit on, staff was extremely rude. Not 'n fun Saturday morning.

I haven’t received any services for this, nor have I signed any docs confirming this fee to be deducted.</p> <p> These people are blatently steeling!!!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I would advise anyone considering switching to Cell C opting to have more than one contract on his/her name to NOT JOIN CELL C as they unfortunately do not have adequate resources to manage more than one account. Especially with regards to the debit orders and account statements.</p> <p>#USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>It has taken me exactly 19 days and multiple phone calls in order to only find out what the outstanding amount on my account is. I literally don’t think any customer care consultant knows how to read and calculate a statement. I’ve never been so amused at the fact that I absolutely long to pay my account but no one of the consultants could provide me with an accurate account of what’s going on on my profile. I would STRONGLY DICOURAGE ANYONE FROM EVER JOINING CELL C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Firstly just look at the general consensus regarding Cell C's service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly: the platform for making complaints is a total joke. Naturally a company will set out a platform dedicated for resolving customer complaints. But with this joke of an entity you literally have to beg and follow up a million times on a complaint just to be heard. And no one is EVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE for any incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>God knows I'm more looking forward to leaving Cell C than I am of celibrating my Birthday and Cristmas this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone reads this PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DON'T EVER EVEN CONSIDER CELL C - EVEN IF THEY OFFER TO PAY YOU TO JOIN THEM, DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
