I dont trust any of the reviews, this "company" had a lot of negative reviews on Hello Peter and suddenly some positive ones...obviously **** reviews. Looks like he setup a new page somehow. I hired this guy (Darren) to install a new gate motor, he talked the talk so I gave him a chance but after taking an 80% deposit, he ghosted me. Weeks went by and every day was a new excuse, one day it was his worker couldn't pitch up and he even sent me a screenshot of him sending a message to himself pretending to be the worker. Weeks went by with new excuses every day. It turns out he blew the cash and couldn't pay for the gate motor but promised to pay me back, i was eventually able to get my money back from his GF. My advice is to not make any upfront payments to this ***** guy.
Use at own risk. ********* unprofessional chancers. Got them to do the bathroom, they used a a tile stripping machine to remove the bathroom tiles and made no effort or gave no warning that it would create dust everywhere. Then when putting the plaster on the wall and shower floor they did not use the right consistency or check the slope and I had to get someone else to do it and stop using them at that point. To replace a basic basin they ended up cracking the tiles because they were not using the right tools, no apologies for cracking tiles. Then the basin was leaking but they took a week to repair it only because i was not willing to pay them until they fixed it. The Prince guy is a chancer, if you don't know better then you will think he is doing a good job. He also charged by sister-in-law a R1000 for unclogging a toilet, just shows you the ethics of these people. Rather support local professional reputed plumbing companies.
I had an issue which was causing my power to trip at the mains. I isolated it to the power supply of the main gate. This Emanuel guy was one of the guys recommended to me. I got him to come and give a quote. I showed him which outlet was causing rhe power to trip, at first first without checking he was in disagreement. Then he went and disconnected some wires at the isolator to the gate and checked the power, it turned out he was checking checking wrong set of wires...he was actually checking the wires coming from the gate. He then said two live and neutral were touching each other. I found him to be arrogant and seems to go with whatever pops into his mind first. I told him I want the issue to be fixed and also wanted an additional plugpoint . I decided to go with his quote despite having better quotes. He came on a Friday to do rhe preparatory work and then on Saturday he did the final bit of wiring. While doing this he said he had forgotten a few items on the quote and would need to requote me...which is nonsense and totally unprofessional. You can't give someone a quiote and then while doing the work say you forgot x y and z...I understand this is afreeka but this was ridiculous. After all was done the power was still tripping yet he was convinced it could not be the case. I got annoyed and told him that he needs to fix it. He then lied and said that his job was only to provide a new power outlet. He then came and started tampering with the dB board...he bypassed the earth leakage as suspected. He is arrogant, unprofessional and stupid. I eventually had to get someone else to come with a multimeter and we found out that he had done the wiring incorrectly. Then he had to rewire the gate. Now I need to get another electrician to check what he has done. He might be good with simple things like wiring a plug or installing a kitchen appliance but not anything serious. Later that night he sent me a quote which was 700 more than the initial quote of 3200. In the quite he listed 16vujits of wiring totalling 500. I measured 10m of wiring and which costs aviut half the price quoted. In the end you get what you pay for. Hire a qualified electrician instead.
I used the services of a roofer from Kandua. The roofer was accompanied by another roofer also listed on Kandua who goes by the name Noah Banda(roofer). Noah would drop the other guys at the job daily. On a subsequent visit he was caught stashing two bottles of beer behind a bush of the neighbors house and another member of his team was caught urinating against the exterior wall while waiting outside for me. I could even smell the alcohol on his breath. The person who caught him was a member of the community going for her early morning walk. She even threatened to report the incident to the community whatsapp. On another occasion his vehicle got stuck on my driveway and i was delayed to go to work. On the last day of the job he came to collect the guy i employed and he was drunk as a skunk and started an argument with me and was loud enough to get the attention of the neighbors. When i told him to leave my property he refused. So even without actually be hired for me this fat stupid drunk clown managed to cause issues with the community. This guy is an example of the kind of unprofessional junk you will get with kandua. These guys can't even spell professional so use at own risk. You are better off using a professional company that is registered. I will follow this up on other platforms. Kandua also has not published the review I put for Noah Banda, why do they not publish reviews immediately? The workmanship of the guys was also very poor, my house is a mess.
I rented my property through rawsons. The agent placed a tenant who clearly did not meet the affordability criteria for the unit. He also lied to me about the tenants net earning. He told me the tenant was netting 30K a month, it turned out that the tenant was grossing 21k before tax even. He also told me that the tenants mother who was going to stay with her was working but this was untrue too. He also agreed to reduce the rent by R200 without running it by me first. I had to endure his horrible choice of tenants for a year before eventually getting rid of them. Dont rent your property via these scumbags.
Ive been waiting over a week and still no response from Luno. I am locked out of my accound and have been trying to disable 2fa. No response from them. I have send all the required info and 4 follow-up mails. Altcointrade was able to assist me in 1 day. This is atrocious customer service.
I went to the planet fitness in wanderers with my gf. I wanted to add the black tag membership to bring along an extra person. I was directed to the consulting section were I was assisted by a "consultant" by the name of Uzi (what a ridiculous name - where do they find these clowns?). Upon asking about the black tag membership period he asked how long my gf would be in the country (at this point he hadn't asked me who it was for or if my gf was going to another country, he just assumed and went along with his assumptions). I have no idea what the relevance of that question was since the black tag membership is tied to the main member, and who i use it for has no relevance. I ignored his question as i thought it was stupid ad had no relevance, and then he asked it again. I found his demeanor to be quite arrogant, he was under the illusion that he was working in some kind of a serious professional office job that required some degree of intelligence or schooling. Shortly afterward I prodded him for a reason behind his question, he then proceeded to shoot himself in the foot and reveal the totality of his stupidity. He said he asked so that he could suggest alternatives depending on the length of her stay, so i asked him to list the alternatives. He said he could suggest a membership to which i responded "but thats 12 months too", he then said maybe she could ask for him every time she came to the gym....really? is this professional behavior? in any professional business that sort of talk would be sufficient for dismissal. He then ran out of things to say and I remarked "nevermind" and almost burst out laughing. Is this the kind of professionalism planet fitness teaches its staff? Where do they get these idiots? He then stepped out for a while during which my gf and I remarked and joked about the his stupidity and mannerisms. He returned to the office with a form which he handed to me , he didn't bother to fill out some of the details that a more professional "consultant" would have assisted with. My girlfriend remarked later that day that he kept staring at her while i was filling in the form, she didn't tell me at the time because she just couldn't believe how ridiculously stupid this guy was and she worried that maybe i would do something to him if i knew. Planet fitness, where do you hire these so called "consultants" and do you ever give them any training in professional etiquette?
<p>I am unable to login to the myvodacom portal to view my account and access online services for the past 3 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried clicking on the "Forgot password" link to reset the password, this takes me to another screen were I enter the captcha code and a OTP pin that got smsed to me, however, upon submitting the new password, I get the following error :</p> <p>"Unfortunately we are having tecnical issues and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later."</p> <p> </p> <p>I calle dthe helpdesk on Monday and they informed me that they are aware of this issue as many customers have phoned in to complain about it, yet, 3 days later its still having issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unnacceptable for a company of Vodacoms size. </p>
