I am a very dissatisfied, disappointed customer, I have been a customer with telkom for a few years and that too a loyal one. I have been trying to contact their cancellations department to cancel both my contracts one is for the unlimited package and the other for the 12 gigs day and 12 gigs night as Cell direct marketing has the unlimited package for 299 pmand the 12 gig day and 12 gig night for R85pm and yet with Telkom I'm paying R459 + 106 and initially I asked them to bring the mins to 0 which they have not done, I spent 100 mins holding on the line, I got home before 6 and tried calling again and reached the billing department who then took my number down to send me the link for cancellations till now nothing came through. How much more terrible does the service get in this place, yet when they need the sale they phone all day after that no courtesy call nothing.
I received a call a few weeks ago from Masimulo from netstar regarding a new contract and having a wireless main unit fitted in my vehicle, I have not received a call back from him ever since regarding this, Please can someone contact me urgently, it's sad that only when we write a review on HelloPeter things get done.
I have been having endless problems with my car battery as the Main unit that was connected to my car battery terminal was causing a drainage, we informed Netstar, after much emails and calls and when it seemed fit Claude Thingadu, called my husband and made an appointment to get the unit removed for testing, he also advised my husband that he will consider downgrading to the R99 package, that still billed me for the Main unit R200, then I contacted THATO from Cancellations he advised he will speak to Claude and get back, as for their Customer Service Department they don't know how to read emails how many damn flipping times must I explain the same story and they still so ***********. Please can higher Management assist my car is on 5 months old and due to this dumb device had to be towed by road assistance 5 times and was jump started and flowed once and I had to pay R1000 for the diagnosis out of my own pocket due to the unit, I have sent the invoice to this useless Claude and he hasn't responded to date. Please can someone more senior and more competent contact me, I'm up to my wits with these people. When they need a sale they will call every day but they don't advise the client what **** they sell, the car did not work for 7 days due to their **** device, but they give a **** anyways.
Unprofessional and very bad, no feedback on emails, last year I advised that my car had been written off they said I was still liable for cancellation fees and have still been debiting my account yet I'm not in possession of the vehicle. This company doesn't divulge their t&c but when they want to sell the product they will call u 10 to 15 times a day
I met with an accident on the 25th of January 2023, I informed them they said that I will have to pay a cancellation fee even though I donot have a vehicle which is very ridiculous, they are still debiting my account every single month when they need the business they will contact you often but when you try calling them they pick up and drop the call, they are even pathetic with emails as you don't even receive a reply from them.
Dear Hello Peter, I have been requesting for months now a refund that is due to me from the game rcs account, I was advised by Sugendrie and Nicole it takes 60 days it's gone over 90 days now, everytine I call the system is down, then they talk about their backlogs this is not my problem the money woing to me is mine, their backlog has got nothing to do with me. I am in a position where I need to buy nappies and milk for my toddler. Can someone help me I'm turning blue in my face with this pathetic service le.
From the time I joined them was the biggest mistake, their service is disgusting I sent them an email to tell them my car was written off and they still continue to debit my account
