I experienced a case of ****** at Kodak Express in Norwood. I went to go take photos for my drivers license. Walked in, and saw a gentleman helping a lady at the till, there was also another lady waiting so I queues behind her. The 2 ladies in front of me were both white, I never thought much of it, but the gentleman helping was also white. He the processed to help the lady in front of me. When he was done with her, he looked directly at me, never acknowledged my greeting, walked right passed me and processed to talk to another white gentleman behind me… Terrible service, rude, and disrespectful.

<p>Went to pick 'n pay to send a package. Got to the money counter and the First Lady didn't even know how to. She screamed to another lady (Mathapelo) to rather come and assist me, Mathapelo came dragging her feet and seemed disinterested. No greeting at all she just started talking telling me the price.</p> <p>she then started helping other customers before she was even done with me and before I even finished paying.</p> <p>No help was offered as it was my first time sending using pick 'n pay.</p> <p>She didn't bother to assist in filling the documents and I had to figure out everything.</p> <p>when I left I said "thank you" but she didn't acknowledge and just walked away.</p> <p>she seemed more concerned with talking and laughing with her colleagues then me as a customer. Not professional at all.</p>
<p>Cresta Vodacom branch has really poor service, went there to enquire about my cellphone insurance and no one is there to assist. They have staff standing around just watching you, it's really unacceptable. Same thing happened when I wanted to upgrade my contract, I eventually did that online.</p> <p>Vodacom needs to get some customer centric staff as this will actually make you lose clients.</p>
