Excellent service! I will go back just for the great service. Even got a great product at fair price.
ISP in Melkbosstrand. Service interrupted at least 2-3 times per month. Technical service and by-stand slow to respond. 6 month waiting period to cancel subscription on a month to month contract. They threaten with lawyers if you try to negotiate a softer deal on the notice period.
<p>I had a data account with Nashua and to my suprise, the account was handed over to Glocell. I had no knowledge of Glocell taking control of my account and having my debit order details. The first I found out about this, was when I received a staggering R1600 data bill. This was even with a cap of R200 as set up with Nashua mobile. Glocell simply does not want to hear anything about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>First I tried calling and with no answer on their side, I tried to email them. I got an automated response from ********** . After a few days I got a reply that there is no caps for data packages and thats that. No more correspondance from that email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling again and to my surprise, got hold of someone. They sent me the itemised bill (the first one from glocell ever by the way) from ********** . I asked to be contacted regarding cancellation of my account. This was 1 July. It is 28 July now and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the service center number. The ********** adress sends me a fail report when I try to email to it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please, anyone reading this, stay away from this company. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I still do not know what will come next.</p>
