No water again for a month now in Hibberdene
Good day everyone Water main breaks can disrupt communities both immediately and sometimes for the long term. Digging deeper into why breaks happen and what your options when they do, or to prevent breaks, can lay the foundation for reduced costs, most proactive measures, and a fully engaged and educated community. So I gathered some reasons why pipes burst please not that this is not all and that there are other reasons as well that can cause these breaks. Constant exposure puts metal pipes at risk of corrosion. Over time, metal plumbing pipes age and can develop rust that weakens pipe walls, joints, and seals. This corrosion eats away at pipes, creating small cracks and can eventually lead to a complete rupture. poor installation which can happen when they are installed by someone without professional training and experience. A bad soldering job or loose connections can easily lead to a burst pipe. The pressure inside a water main can change in a couple different ways. One of the most common ways is through temperature changes, sometimes called thermal expansion. As the ground around a pipe freezes and heats, the pipes expand and contract – sometimes causing a rupture. Root systems growing in your yard can cause pressure on your pipes, especially in compacted soils. This excess pressure can lead to pipes cracking and leaking. As trees grow larger, their roots extend further and further into the soil and are attracted to underground water and sewer lines.

Telkom No signal
I know that South Africa's economy is falling and we are in dept, I know that we have no electricity and can sit without water for months. I want to share this with other countries in me doing so they laugh at our country for we are a weak nation. I feel sorry for this and blame our grandfather's for their weakness led to a falling country. We have no signal every 2 week or so it may differ in hibberdene and I wish I studied a different field so that I could go and fix their towers for free. I know those who are currently employed is uneducated and do not care for the responsibility as long as they get their payment every month. For us who are currently studying can't cause the signal is so poor most of the time. I called Telkom several time and said I should reach out to the office here in hibberdene, I feel that this is not fair for me to call them to do their work for they should take the responsibility to attend to the problem. We have local groups that people complain about the signal several times and I can provide screenshots. If the man or woman in charge of our towers here in hibberdene can't tend or maintain them I would like the opportunity for an apprenticeship so that I can learn to do it myself and I wouldn't want payment for it I would do it for free for the community while continuing studying.

Everyone is Paying tax for KfC cause they could use the tax to maintain and build our country
Last year 2022 before December we had no water for more than 40 days during our festive seasons. The month we celebrate Jesus Ugu decided to be the devil themselves and leave hundreds of people without water. Old people and children were getting sick. This was topped up with loads of loadshedding. The problems existing in South Africa should be broadcast all over the world so everyone can see the truth of a fallen country. This problems is a cause of no maintenance, un educated staff and stolen funds to help maintain our country.

If they used the tax to repair and maintain the county people won't be without water for more than 40 days
Last year 2022 before December we had no water for more than 40 days during our festive seasons. Cell C no signal, Eskom no electricity, Municipality no water, Shops Looted, People without work.
I need to be online for my exams I'm in College and Cell C has no signal the whole day. Probably ****** eskom and the municipality bought Cell C over and now they are the 3 Musketeers with no real educated personnel trying to act as if they can run things but in true they are just a joke. Welcome to South Africa the joke of the world.... The country at the bottom of Africa for a reason.

No signal
I called Cell C they couldn't assist me. I bought a data bundle worth a half year and I have no signal. I can't upload or download nothing. Cell C never had this problem until now

Cell C most bad signal of all Networks
I spent allot of money for data this month I can barely use it cause I have the most ****ty signal always. I spoke to Vodacom customers and they have excellent signal. Everyone is complaining about Cell C signal in the coastal erea of Hibberdene KZN

Telkom thief's stealing all my airtime!
They stole my money R255 of airtime that were successfully loaded from my bank but Telkom shows that I have R0 I loaded then a R12 again which they show i have but my R255 is still missing and I have proof from my bank that i sent it to the correct number and it were successful!!

Very bad signal switch back to Vadacom everyone!
TELKOM is very affordable but they do steal your data as my data is off for a whole day i went from 2G to 800MB. I recommended Telkom to all my family because of how affordable they are but now my whole family as well as myself are experiencing very bad service. There is never signal. The signal is very bad. I would recommend all to switch back to Vadacom as for their signal is so good.
