Well I purchased a box of Huggies gold number 3 for girls at the end of July from Makro Montague in cape Town. It was the first time me buying the box as iv always purchased two packs of 72 separate every month and was always happy. Till I purchased the box and realized that the quality is very different to what I have been purchasing with the separate packs the nappy was Allot thinner which resulted in me changing my baby more often than I use too. I got several people to feel a nappy from the ones in the box to the ones in the separate packs And they all agreed that the quality of the box wasn't good. I layed a complaint on the 5 August via the website received and email with a reference which is ********** 90A. After laying the complaint I heard nothing so I phoned spoke to a lady and she told me they would pick up the nappies and in return post me a voucher. The nappies where then not collected as promised I the.had a gentlemen call me from the UK which was pointless as he didn't know anything and when I told him about me purchasing at makro he had no idea about the store which left me explaining Allot eventually he agreed to get someone to collect asap. Globe flight was then in contact with me via the telephone and via email eventually picking them up on the 16th August by globe flight. After the collection. I have heard nothing. I then have been calling today and been pushed from department to department as if I have time for this. At the end of the day I want the nappies back that we're collected from me as I paid for those nappies and don't find it fair. I spoke to a lady who promised to get someone from marketing to call me back and guess what no phone call upto now.
<p> </p> <p>so standard bank decides to deduct 950 from my account for a prestige account that I had told it must be closed . I am horrified that I was on the phone to so many consultants Thulani saying no problem they will reverse the 950 that was taken and I must just set up a payment arrangement with another department today I phone that department first spoke to Eunice and then Steven to be told that no the prestige account was still opened and becoz of bank charged they had to deduct from my access account . didn't bother to make me aware of this debit order not an sms or a phone call. my husband has been with standard bank for over 20 years now we have two home loan accounts and many other accounts opened at standard bank . I have closed my accounts this morning and my hamsband will be coming in to the branch to close as well my guess it's my time to move to fnb as my husband and I were never happened with the service that standard bank had to offer .</p>
