I’ve been struggling to get the camara system on my truck fixed for more than a month already, since it was installed in December 2025 I had about a week’s use of it. Every time I phone, they do a reset and it is still showing no video. I had an appointment on 31 January 2025 in East London to get it fixed, they never showed up to do the repair, I had to phone and find out where they are, just for them to tell me they don’t have stock. They said they will contact me when stock arrive. I left it and phoned on Monday 23 February 2026 again. They told me the scheduling department will call me back. It never happened. I phone this morning 26 February 2026 again, again they will phone me back, up until now, no one contacted me.
I bought a new Karoo S11 in Feb 2025. It's been at Mahindra 6 times for the same problem. Not starting when the outside temprature is hot. Everytime I get it back with the promise it is fixed. But yet I am on vacation with a car not starting. All I want is for Mahindra to fix this thing, I don't care if they have to rebuild it, I want it fixed and a replacement vechile while I wait. If they cannot get it fixed, I want a new vechile. I was calm for long enough. And for them to check earth wires to find the problem is not working for me. I've had it with Mahindra not getting this fixed.
<p>I am trying for 2 days now to get a extra contract. The one department just transfer me to the next and no one knows what's going on. My existing contract is transfered to a new c3d system and online call centre does not have access to that system. I must now go to a vodacom shop for a extra contract and pay R290 for sim and connection. But if you do it online it is free. I will go to a shop, but who will pay the R290. </p>
