Had the worse experience once again. I keep telling myself not to deal with Mtn anymore and this time I'm really done with them. So they called me to open an additional data contract which I agreed on for 40gb for R199. So they delivered it today, to my surprise they sent me 2 sims, I call Mtn to find out what's going on. Spoke to 15 consultants who can't help me. Been on the phone for 2 and a half hours. Finally got a direct line I could call after the 14th consultant. Spoke to Theron from Cti who gave me some clarity on the problem. He helped me very nicely. Told me that they sent me 2gb and 5gb sims. He said that he is going to log a complaint and have them listen to the recording and will get back to me after 24 working hours. The worst part is the manager of the sales agent even confirmed my contract and still send me the wrong deals. Mtn should really train their agents properly before letting them deal with their customers. I am definitely changing networks after my contract is done. Their service is ****.
I always go to the Zevewacht Mall branch where service is really bad after the previous Manager Eddie left. Service use to be the best when he was Manager. We waited long for our food, toast is burned. My sister inlaw waited 20 minutes for a coffee. Coffee was cold. Today I tried out the Parow Centre branch, we received the best service from the waiter Malcolm. The place was busy with the breakfast special, however kitchen staff are super fast there. Receive our food super fast and was fresh and delicious. Not use to such excellent service from a Panorottis. Great job. Keep up the good work.
Good day, I must say, Chante from Denton Solutions always delivers the best service, I ordered stationary and the delivery truck was in for repairs and she brought it on her way to work, the things I ordered was very heavy and I'm not sure if she took the taxi with those heavy binding and laminating pouches, but I just want to thank her for always going the extra mile for our shop.
Bought a 18 pack tray of eggs and to my surprise 15 eggs was rotten the one even had an embryo in, did try to contact Regional Manager Jaco however no response from my email I sent him.
<p>Worst network ever. Can't wait for my contract to finish. They send me a sms to say thanks for receiving their payment then an hour later they disconnect my phone, when I try calling them they say there is nothing they can do to help me because they are off line, I can't even phone their stupid call centre because they blocked my line after taking my money.</p>
<p>Good day.</p> <p>On Friday evening I went to Zevenwacht Mall to get my daughter and my self some supper. I bought two beef chicken burgers with chips. When I finally arived home, I noticed that my burger was chicken and not beef... When I opened the burger to my supprise I saw a raw piece of chicken fillet on the roll, I am so disgusted I sent Steers an email sating my case. The manager called me on Monday afternoon saying sorry, and offered me a 'free burger and chips'. I declined his offer because it wont be a free burger as he stated because I paid for something that I could not eat... I am 24 weeks pregnant, what if I didn't check the burger and just ate it? I could of gotten seriously ill. </p>
