They auction the cars first and sell auctioned cars to the customers. So they dont have guarantees they give what car dealers have to do... I asked it in Brackenfell branch at the customer service and I asked if the engine breaks, what is the damage claim I have against them. He answered it is my problem... By the way, I bought 4 years ago an Audi A5. Before the tesstdrive they had to add one liter of oil... I had to add 2 liters of oil every 1 000 km... till it broke down... R 40 000 later. Don't buy at WEBUYCARS

Professional, good service.
I didnt know the bussiness till cars.co.za sent me a linnk to a cabrio for sale. I drove (50 km) to there and liked what I did see, also about the business (+/- 10 people). They were professional, not pushy. I was for 80% sure but wanted to ne 100% and did do homework. I did read the negative remarks from Hellopeter and got scared. But used my brains. 2 negative remarks per year, and I calculated they must sell about 300+ cars per year... So it proved me they were just good. I bou9ght the car, and within a day, it was serviced, roadworthy, cleaned, and delivered 50 km further. What a service! Thanks Richard, Franco and team...

DHL slower than the post!!!
Letter from Belgium sent 12 days ago to Capetow. Still on i's way. Sent by DHL to London, Than to Cinciatti... I had to call. Than to London again. Than to Cape Town... Just a normal letter. Not released yet. Never DHL again!!!

IF YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE, GO TO BENBEL
The prices at Benbel are ridiculous. Benbel SW asks R 240 for a plastic pot (34 cm), white. the identical pit is sold 100m further (Plasic for Africa) at R 120... exactly half price... 10 kg of bone meal (fertilizer) is at R 126 (10kg) while at the same mall at Stodles (same trade name) the same produsct sell for R 75... Benbel is really taking customers for a ride...

Very bad service to make you SICK - CLICK SICK
<p>Clicks Cinnamn in Strand should be not called Clicks anymore but a stressing bad servce place. Was there today at 3.30 to purchase my monthly medication (prescription). It took 24 minutes (only 2 people waiting in front of me!!!) to get my medication as staff walking around not giving attention. I was given a Clicks card and a form to fill in at home... After 24 minutes of wasted time, I went to pay. A NON TRAINED AROGANT ******* told me I first had to fill in the form before I could pay... I refused!!! I than said I dont have a card and paid with my bank card... After that a 'ping' went of on my phone and GUESS WHAT. This untrained man (never seen him before) told me a lesson. I am not allowed to have my phone with me... I NEVER WILL PUT A FEET IN A SHOP WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF INSULTING CUSTOMERS AND STRESSING THEM OUT!</p>

Clicks likes to stress you till yu need more medication
