Amazing customer service from Tanja Roets. Bought trampoline spring cover online. Not only did Tanja confirm with me whether it would be compatible with the trampoline I have before shipping, but (once it was clear that it would not be suitable after all) she arranged for a refund within a couple of days. Will definitely use their online shop again.
I bought a Bounce King trampoline because their website advertised the availability of spares. Simply contact their Service Centre. I did. I was asked to take photos of the trampoline and send it to them. I did. A call was logged and....nothing. No response. No email. No spring cover. I now see all the other complaints on Hello Peter saying that i shouldnt hold my breath that they will ever respond. If you are considering buying a Bounce King, do yourself a favour - dont, unless you are willing to treat your entire trampoline as disposable.
After placing an online order for party decor, i realised that I has made a typing error with the delivery address. Contacted Partyspot who responded within the hour and had the error rectified. Item delivered very quickly. Very refreshing to receive such good customer service.
<p>I ordered a ring on NetJewel on the 12th of July for delivery on the 19th. On the 21st of July I received the wrong item. It took 3 calls to NetJewel before they even started investigating where my ring had gone. After many further phonecalls (and a bunch of flowers to apologise - to their credit) I was promised that my ring would be collected from the incorrect recipient and delivered to me on Friday. (29 July). After receiving nothing and phoning them on 1 August, I was told by the call center that the ring was still at their hub and no arrangement was ever made for it to be dispatched to me by the consultant (who also now conveniently happens to be on leave). I was also told that there was no supervisor /manager available to speak to me. Again i have been promised that it willl be delivered tomorrow. It has taken me 2 weeks of phonecalls and patience and complaints and i am still no nearer to having the goods i paid for. I will NEVER make the mistake of using NetJewel again and i advise you to do the same - for your own sanity.</p>
