Dear Webafrica Needless to say our relationship has started off rather sour. I've had my fibre installed by vuma tel on Friday 12th Feb and I have still not received my log in details. I have been trying to contact your whatsapp line since 13th Feb with no luck. Ive made several attempts and only two responses received, one of which was just ended without responding to my query. day 4 and still no access. <p>So tonight after a very long time and many disappointments I decided to give Debonairs westgate mall one more try. Unfortunately for me, I was let down once again, waiting times are way too long ,the pizza does not look appetizing and there was hardly any CHICKEN in the CHICKEN filla. I also had to remind staff about the spring onion on the pizza bearing in mind this is not the first time I got a Chicken filla from this franchise without spring onion. It seems to me that they skimp on quality to save costs and they are definitely not on par with other branches.I had order 91 and waited approximately 30 minutes even though there was only one person before me. What's shocking is that after such a long time they still haven't changed there service and quality of food. I much rather prefer the steers next door..staff are friendly and they serve with urgency.</p>
<p>Since signing up with secupro on 1st March I have had endless problems with my debit order payments. The contract I signed clearly states that my debit date is the 20th of each month.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous calls which literally felt like I had to beg for my account to be debited with the monthly payment, I finally came to agreement with one of the admin ladies that my account will no longer be debited and i would be invoiced on a month to month basis so that I could load a stop order on my account on my paydate to ensure that secupro receives payment regularly and on time every month. I have been paying via stop order for the past few months without any complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after paying my regular stop order which was last debited on the 20th July, a secupro debit order for R295 also went off today 1st August.</p> <p> </p> <p>This now leaves me, a loyal paying customer, in a situation where my account was debited without any available funds which now affects my credit rating with the bank.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel I have had it with secupro's incompetent admin staff and after giving them the benefit of the doubt on more than 3 occasions, I can no longer be the understanding customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend secupro to anyone ever! Your downfall is your unorganized admin department and I am certain I am not the only customer you will be losing due to this dept.</p> <p> </p>
