Took money knowing that they were about to close down.
Paid a deposit for a engine couple of weeks back. Tried getting an ETA every week and the response was that they are just waiting for a part and will take a week or 2...Tried calling them on Monday (1st of July) to follow up again...Business closed. Website down. No way to get hold of anyone. Not sure how I'm going to get my money back.

Vodacom Online - Putting phone down after holding for 20min
I have now tried on 2 occations to get through to Vodacom Online department at ********** 4. Each time I have waited more then 20 min before someone answers. They ask me how they can help, and halfway through my query they put the phone down. This happened twice now. The just don't want to take calls. I have done an online upgrade 3 weeks ago and still have not had any confirmation of when my handset will arrive, but in the meantime they have processed my upgrade and I'm already paying for the new contract and handset, that i still have not received. I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. Shocking service.

Pre-Orders not going out on day of launch
<p>I was a loyal customer since the take2 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is now the second time that I've pre-ordered something and not receive it on launch day. In the past it was never a problem and that's why most people do pre-orders. So you can have it on the day of release.</p> <p> </p> <p>My friends who ordered the same product from Raru received it on the day of release.</p> <p> </p> <p>Only reason I kept on ordering from Takealot was because of the eBucks. Now Raru is cheaper anyway and I will just use my eBucks on fuel rather.</p> <p> </p>

Don't waste your time or money on this.
<p>Debit Order went off. Almost 2 months later and no box. </p> <p>I have made weekly phone calls to them and they basically tell you every time they will sort out and call you. Never received a call back. No response to my emails. Just an auto response. </p> <p>Eventually got hold of courier company. They know nothing about it. </p> <p>Tried to cancel so holding thumbs they don't deduct more.</p> <p>The last person I spoke to promised a refund. Still nothing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't waste your money on this.</p>
