I have been serving my car at Eastrand dealership after my 4th service the car started to give me problems by making noise front left side. Took the car back for more than 7 times and they can’t fix their own car instead they say there is nothing wrong but test drove with them and they heard the sound. Escalated the matter to BMW SA and still waiting for response. What a terrible experience from BMW,
Bad, service I see some reviews as well with the same thing that happened to me. Bought a car that did not have service history during the purchase of the car I was told that it has full service history a months later I was then told that the car was partially serviced and the car kept on giving me problems- will never buy from this dealership ever. This was my 11th car I bought with them and the worst service ever.
