Michelle, the owner is a racist, rude, nasty and unpleasant woman who should not be customer-facing let alone deal with animals. She made us stand outside in the rain with our 2-year-old. Sadly, whilst she thinks she's protecting the animals under her care, her attitude and behaviour push away many potentially loving and good homes.

I would definitely recommend Grand Style Online. The end product was worth the wait - timing stated 7-14 days however, only received complete order 21 working days later. Not too bad considering I've had worse delays with big retailers, where communication was lacking. Kgantse on the other hand always answered or called back. SMEs are not easy to run and teething problems will be encountered. How these are handled is important & I respect her honesty & transparency throughout the process. This is definitely a great black-female owned business to support. Onwards & Upwards.

The receptionist was very friendly and professional. However Sandra, the nurse who was supposed to take care of me, was clearly too pre-occupied with her Indian colleague she'd just argued with. I was shown to my bed by the receptionist and didn't know what to do with what was on my bed. I walked to the next room where Sandra was busy with the bedding on empty beds to ask her if I should put the clothes on. She didn't do the questionnaire with me properly. Her colleague was so professional with the white lady next to my bed and completed everything timeously and even attended to me when I rang the bell, as she thought it was her patient. I have never had a drip put in while out. It was a weird experience. I didn't even see the theatre room, as the anethetist was faster than Sandra, who was more concerned in proving whatever point she had to rush to prove to her colleague. The clinic has potential if everyone works as a team. As for Sandra, her bad day cost her an extremely unhappy patient. I would definitely not rush back there and rather stay in the mainstream Mediclinic or Netcare hospitals.
If you're looking for a man with INTEGRITY, Theo Naidoo, is NOT the electrician to go with. He's is messy in the home, drilling and working over everything, with absolutely no regard for people's things. He broke a broom without saying anything, then further commanded our helper and gardener to clean up after him and help him move things in a disrespectful manner. He tried to pass off lights we did not choose, without discussing with us and got irritated when I wanted to show my husband as he said "wait he'll agree when they're on the wall", as he had clearly spent the money we gave him upfront, resulting in our choice being sold out (after assuring us that it was in stock - carpark lights in the bedroom - imagine), further lying to my husband that I had wanted colour - shape, colour everything was incorrect. He put an old globe in one of the kids bedrooms, which I then had to buy a new one on top of what he'd quoted and blatantly lied saying it's new - so old I had to clean the dirty globe & still didn't succeed. We are still awaiting his return to complete a job he has been fully paid for.
There is an extremely rude coloured lady, at the far right teller (license renewals). I'd write her name, however, she blatantly refused, saying "Can't you see, I'm busy man, what do you want with my name." - I think it's T. Chaphi as per license paper. She was extremely rude to myself and child. She also refused to give me a till slip, claiming that the license is the slip. I'd really like my slip after paying R504. I would never recommend the Rosebank post office to anyone and will certainly never return there either. Your other post offices are better with more professional staff. She should not be on the front line.
There is a coloured lady who works at the far right teller who is extremely extremely rude. She was not only rude to myself but my child and should not be in customer service at all. She refused to give me her name and there seems to be no management there. I will never ever go to that post office again. Sandton, Hyde Park and Sunninghill have far more professional staff.
