My husbands sim has been barred for no reason. We keep calling to get someone to help. They all give the same instructions and nothing is working. We went to the store and they couldn’t help either. Sometimes the agent puts us on hold because they don’t know how to help and then eventually just cut the call. This service is pathetic. He cannot make calls, send messages or receive calls. This is the most frustrating service we have received. MTN hires incompetent staff and this is what makes this country what is.
Mweb has not rendered any service to us for 2 months now. Our internet is not working yet we getting billed. I have tried canceling over 20 times and no one responds to emails, the call center agents don’t help and make you go in circles. Every time I’m transferred the call cuts. I will not pay a cent because no service is being rendered. They have blocked my account but are still charging me. This is illegal and I would never recommend anyone use them. This is the most appalling service ever received. Absolutely and undeniably a fraudulent company.
I went in to find a reception outfit as I am getting married this year. Upon entering the receptionist was not welcoming and just told me that I can go have a look at the dresses. She did not ask me what I was looking for, what is my price range and did not inform me that I would need to make an appointment for a consultation. Very disappointed in their service. Upon exiting I had told the receptionist that no one bothered to assist me and only then did she say I needed to book a consultation. However,it would’ve been nice if she told me this upon arrival and guided me through this process. I saw many dresses I would’ve loved to try on within my price range, however no matter how amazing their dresses may be, it’s not worth it to return to a place that is unwelcoming and unhelpful.
This was by far the worst spa my fiancé and I have ever been to. When I had asked if they can accommodate my dietary requirements, they just have a straight up no. They staff were extremely rude on the phone. On the night of our night spa package, aesthetics for a raves about spa hugely disappointed. It looks like an office with umbrellas and tacky table cloths. The neck back and shoulder massage was highly uncomfortable as we were sitting while having the treatment done. There after we had a hot stone full body massage. Staff who weren’t supposed to be attending to us, walked in and out of our private massage. The ladies who did our hot stone massage kept dropping the hot stones on the floor and the guests and staff surrounding the area were extremely loud! The foot scrub was terrible in a cramped up area and it just felt like someone was rubbing cream on me for an hour. They take too many guests for these packages and it’s a disaster! There’s no privacy to change and with that many people, there’s not enough room to walk anywhere. What a waste of money that we work hard for! I tried to surprise my fiancé as he really needed a good relaxing day and this just made everything crumble to pieces.
<p>two weeks ago I had a guy come to have a look at our trellidor because it isn't closing properly and is about to collapse completely. Our trellidor is still under warantee. This matter is very urgent and trellidor still hasn't come back to fix the problem. It seems as if they're waiting for our warantee to expire just so they can get money. This is very unethical and unexceptable. It is important for the company to adhere to their terms and conditions and see to service this problem immediately. </p>
<p>cube tasting kitchen is known to be one of the best fine dining restaurants in joburg. To my shock when I had contacted the restaurant to accommodate my family in terms of special food requirements the manager was blatantly rude. We phoned in advance to assure our requirements could be met. They state on their website that special food requirements can be accommodated for if they are notified in advance. However, they somehow can not meet up to this statement. </p>
