Good Day, My Name is Kabelo Kube. My vodacom account (I@77025460) was behind payment and in May i received an sms saying: "You failed your last Vodacom arrangement with us on 25APR2020. We understand the situation due to the pandemic. Please make overdue payment of R500.00 today using online options. Pay here: http://www.mymbd.co.za/voda. Ref: 9I7702546" When i open the link for payment details, i got the following details: Vodacom Banking Details Bank Name: Standard Bank Trust Account Bank Name: Vodacom Trust Account Bank Number: 022652418 Trust Account Branch Code: 051001 Then i made a payment of R500 on the 2nd of May and i send a proof of payment to pop@vodacom.co.za but vodacom collections tells me that they did not receive my payment. I called vodacom collection on this number: 082 1946 and spoke to a lady by the name Margaret Mngomezulu and Patricia Jack and they told me to send my POP to their email even today they haven't responded and that amount is still reflecting as unpaid. My bank cannot reverse the the amount because its been more than 30 days. Called vodacom again but no one wants to assist me. i dont even have a ref number from vodacom Please intervene. Good Day, For the past 3 months, Lucid have been deducting R99 from my bank account and when i try to call the company to explain why are they doing that, their phone is not picked up. I'm really frustrated because i dont know what i am paying for. i need help with this.
After 3 months of struggling to access my digital bank app, I was able to resolve it with a help from a very polite and bubbly lady at ABSA Fourways Mall her name is Mandisa Thanda. First time I went to ABSA Nicol Way unfortunately they were not able to help :(, but I'm glad I can access my bank account everywhere now than always going to the atm. So would like to say banks need people like Mandisa she's a STAR .KW
Good day Last week (20 May 2019) i booked a polo vivo ref No: (0 ********** -ZA-3) online with avis and they deducted ZAR743.98 from my absa account, So i used a debit card and they told me that they want a credit card with my name on it which i dont have and so i had to cancel it. i called the customer care line asking about my refund they told me it will take up to 7 working day before i get, im still waiting for it and and no one is getting back to me. i am very disappointed with them.
Good Day I'm writing this review with disappointments, last year i joined The Unlimited cover for my car which they cover mag wheels, seats and dents. So beginning of April i hit a pot hole and one of my rims was dented the other one was scratched, so i claimed for repairs by getting a quote from supa quick, Then The Unlimited declined my claim telling me that they don't cover dents, like i don't understand because they told me that they cover dents, i feel like i have been paying for nothing and then they give me a sim card!
Good day, On the 27/02/2019 i deposited R300 into Edgars account to pay my existing account with them and the receipt that i got from from the atm shows that the money went through to EDCON-Edgards, so i had a call from Edgards saying i didn't pay and i provided my POP and explained to them but still it hasn't cleared, my account is still on the same amount i owed in January and i feel like i have been robbed R300.
