Books not delivered
I am so upset! I paid fees in full for 2026 Grade 10. My daughter received Afrikaans and Business studies. Where are the books for the 5 other subjects??? Apart from that 2 of the Afrikaans books are for grade 12! I have made sooo many calls and sent so many emails and I never had this problem with teneo. I am really disappointed ☹️ . I just get the run around that they cannot contact the warehouse directly to find out I have to wait and that is all I have been doing. How will my daughter action her tasks???

I am not happy my claim was approved 6 June 2022 and the panelbeater that you chose to deal with says my car will be ready between 27 July to 29 July. I don’t like this poor service delivery and I hate the panelbeater that PMD CHOSE TO USE!!!!! I live on south coast why not use Auto rust like I instructed but you used a **** company that is taking 2 MONTHS! I have no means of getting to work and it is only because you and the panelbeater don’t give a damn!

Renault Ballito Bad Service
Worst service from Ballito. Sale was donE in June but I will await the registration of my car...they have no after sales service. Yes licensing offices are closed but, why can’t they request a further temp license for my car!!!! Dealing with the sales gent is like water off a ducks back.. just ignores and responds in HIS TIMING! I am still waiting for the principle dealer to call me and the service manager is unavailable or off sick.

<p>I am rather appauled at a manager that keeps dodging my calls. The same manager is the person that sold me my vehicle but, after sales service clearly does not exist with Mazda. I have made numerous attempts to contact Gary but, he has tried every trick in the book to avoid calling me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am now sitting with a hectic shortfall because of a balloon payment that he FAILED to explain the pros and cons about!</p> <p> </p>
