SCAM
Scam These people have failed to refund my money for over a year now I wanted to rent out the kombi , only to find out at a later stage that they don’t own the kombi But now money is gone and they are not responding to me. I have been given the run away for so long now but I can’t let this one go R10k is a lot of money to some of us. Please refund me

Branch closed and no communication
During this lockdown we do understand that not all branches are opened But the website makes us think that they all are open I reserved a car and paid for it when I got to the branch the branch is closed no one called me to tell me that they will no be able to honor my reservation I mean the reservation should have shown on the head office and they could have seen that the reservation at a branch that is closed then inform the me and the client. When i called only then was I told that its closed and now they reroute me to another branch. I went to the rerouted branch with the address mentioned on the website when i get there the branch is also closed or moved to a temporary location but also I wasn’t informed had to call again and they gave me a different address. I mean when you are renting a car means you don’t a car so I had to take a Uber to all those places they didn’t even offer to deliver the car which could have helped seeing that the fault was on the other side and not mine

Refused to accept the application from my debt administrators
<p>Around January i applied to be under Admin Order as i was unable to pay full amounts on my debts, as letters was sent to Mr price they refused to accept it and as a result my account went to collections , legal department etc, now my account has gone to some collections agency which they mentioned they are going to pose daliy interest on the amount i owe, my current balance has gone to double from what i used to owe in Jan when i started. If i am under admin order it clearly states that i am unable to pay, how will i then be able to pay the double amount now at the moment. </p>
