I booked for a 10am flight only to receive confirmation from these guys for a 2010pm one. I immediately contacted them via their Live chat & it's been hell, not helpful at all, todag i woke up to a bill of over R3k to change the time which clearly the error was on their side. I spoke to anither agent via the Live chat ( they do not have a local cistomer service number in a countey that they are making bookings for) agent was unhelpful too. Same vague responses. Came to helloPeter & saw many reviews with the same issue. I wish i have seen this sooner because i am travelling with my kids & they are so excited about the flight only to travel at night? Please sort out my issue
Pep Northgate is the the worst. I sent a parcel over a month ago via Paxi & it's still at their store, for reason i don't know. The manager, the staff everyone is just rude in that store. The phone goes unanswered for days. This has to be the worst Pep ever. Very unhelpful staff, been reporting for years but nothing gets done. It's like staff is not trained to deal with customers & they make it seem like they are doing the customer a favour mxi, never going back there. I just need my parcel sent.
The worst service ever. I sent a parcel over a month ago via Pep Northgate & it still hasn't been delivered. I have spoken to over 10Agents but none has been helpful. I have gone back to the Pep at my own cost to check what the delay was & yes my parcel was still there. Up to now my parcel has not been sent & Paxi is not being helpful at all. They want me to keep going to Pep Northgate at my own cost regardless of the fact that i have gone twice even after paying for their service. I told them if they can't send my parcel they must refund me & send the parcel to my house because i cant keep doing up s & downs wasting my resources whilst they just chill & chow our monies. Im veey frustrated as i write this because the recipient needed this parcel 3 weeks ago
I went to the Olivedal Hospital emergency room with my son on 15.08.2023 & was assisted well. Paid cash & left. Few days later i received an email that i had a refund due to me & that i had to provide the debit/credit card details that i paid with. I told Asipha Qina that i paid incash which she denied & said on their records it shows that i paid using a card. I do have a slip that proves i paid cash. Been sending this person emails but no response or way forward whatsoever. I'm really disappointed because for such a big institution to treat clients like trash is just not on.

You people are plain crooks.How do you sleep at night knowing that you rob people of their hard earned cash? May you never find peace in you lives! and may that business go to the dogs! you will die poor! you will suffer! I hope you make millions out of my R7200!</p>
<p>My husband and i purchased a brand new corner couch on the 7th of july. We paid R7200 including delivery. 2 weeks on, i realised this couch has absolutely no comfort at all. As soon as you sit on it, it sinks in just like that. Its as if you are sitting on a wooden bench. The material and foam used is so low quality you would prefer to sit on the floor!. I then checked the guarantee terms written on the slip and realised that i can actually return the couch and get another one of similar value or cash refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the store and was put on hold for 10 minutes after i had explained my story to some guy. I then spoke to the manager who rudely told me that i cannot get a refund or another couch because it does not have guarantee and i have been using it for 5weeks! This is different from what is written on the slip because only batteries and some things are not covered. I have been calling the store but the manager or whoever should speak to me refuses to come to the phone as he is "busy". One Gladys told me the person is busy!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is clearly on their supplier and they should take this thing back, whether to their supplier or their store that is none of my concern. How do you just throw away hard earned R7200 on such a disgrace of a couch? Buying a couch is a huge thing and when you do, you expect it to last you at least 5yrs. I have been with this thing for 5weeks only and yet i am denied to return it?if it was 2nd hand it would be better! But hell no it was brand new and they have a supplier for these excuse of couches! They should deal with him and treat me as the valuable customer that i am, please!</p> <p>We want our money back or another set. </p> <p> </p> <p>Disappointed clients</p>
