we shipped 2 cars down to their depot in Parrow in the Cape . dropped the off in Boksburg/.Gauteng on the 3rd May and collected from Parrow on the Monday 9th May . We were asked to inspect the cars for damage and did so ( cars were very dirty ). drove them up to Sunningdale /. Table View /. about 30mins drive . The following day cleaned both cars and noticed my wife's MX5 was damaged of one of the wheels ( one of the spokes on one of the wheels had a bad mark and in my opinion it was apparent that a hold down strap had been chaffing the mag wheel on the spoke ). A broad mark about 35mm wide on the edge of the spoke and on the inside of the spoke had been caused by something rubbing and had gone thru the paint on the spoke . This was the driver side front wheel. After phoning my contact at Boksburg , Tanash, it seems quite clear he was not going to assist me as we didi not report it at the time of collection . My 2nd call this morning confirmed this . To reiterate , it must be the hold down strap they used on the vehicle when they transported it to the Cape . I do have a photo of the damage and it was sent to Tanash . I'm not getting anywhere with this company and would not recommend using them to move CARS
The Eastgate branch this morning was so accommodating . my wife bought shoes on line last week and need to change the shoes. The Eastgate shop was so helpful , my wife bought 2 pairs of shoes changing the pair we bought on line . service was impeccable . Well Done to the lady who served us ( she was from Hungary I think ). May have been the manageress ??

Vodacom is supposed to be the best cellophane provider in the company... ha-ha.

We run a business and have approximately 9 accounts with Vodacom been with them since the conception of the cell phone.

We have not been receiving our monthly accounts due to the poor postal service. Last year we requested Vodacom to email us the account, this ran for a couple of months and we have not received any emailed accounts since. Consequently we now work on a monthly Vodacom Warning Sms'd to us to warn us of outstanding payment, surely they should email us and not sms as you can never guarantee a sms has been received.

This morning Vodacom suspended all our cell phones and data due to lack of payment. It took us an hour and a half of numerous phone calls to try and get the system switched back on again, after paying the outstanding amount. In the last year have suspended my phones twice.

Why doesn’t Vodacom get its act together and ACT professionally.
