This review is bit of mix bag. The service when I was applying for financing was excellent and the lady responsible was very professional. BUT and this is a big but that is where the excellence stopped. The sale responsible persons favorite saying was I will get back to you sir. But not once did that happen everything I had to phone him. Skip to delivery of the vehicle, what a joke of poor service. 1. I knew more about the vehicle then the guy explain how it works. 2. They went even able to pump the tyre correctly so I was stuck with an error message every time I start the vehicle. 3. No effort was made to clean the vehicle properly, all the plastics had dirty marks on, the door sills where all dirty and the storage pouch on the back of the seat was full of melted M&M sweats and empty packets. 3. After a week after phoned the sales person asking after the registration I was told to come collect them, fast forward to an hour standing around with no one able to help me because Louis was on leave. SO in general Mahindra Centurion your service sucks
The service and quality of work by Easy Flow/ Eurogutters was terrible. Completly shoddy half-assed workmanship, it took three weeks of fighting and required I myself had to supervise their staff before an ALMOST acceptable level of quality was received. Stay away and don't be fooled by their rating on Hello Peter like I was all their good reviews are years old.
I made the mistake of thinking that Holy Cross Carpentry was a business that actually did carpentry. But have realized it is just a front for a thief. My wife ordered two loft beds and paid an R9000-00 deposit. Delivery would have been on Monday but there were transport problems ok, but Eugene (thief mentioned above) promised before 12:00 tomorrow, 16:00 comes along "sorry stuck in traffic" but promised delivery before 20:00. I understand that deliveries can be difficult for a small company so I offer to collect. Eugene promised to send me location for collection but one day later calls go unanswered messages ignored no location provided. I am starting to realize that we have been scammed.
<p>I own a Mazda 5 (purchased Oct 2012) that came with a five year or 90 000km service plan and have being have these service executed at Lazarus Mazda for the past four odd years. </p> <p>As part of the services I am provided with a table detailing the task to be executed. One of the necessary tasks as mandated by Mazda is the replacement of spark plug scheduled to be done even 120 000 km or 3 years <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">WHICH EVER OCCURS FIRST</span>. </strong></p> <p>So after Three yrs (60 000km service ) I enquired will the spark plugs be replaced. The answer was "No sir probaly at the 90 000 km Thats the Big serivce!" </p> <p>At that stage my BS alarm went off because Manufacturers don't usually have flexiable maintenance policies.</p> <p>I excepted this and waited for the next service (75 000Km), when again I was told "No sir probaly at the 90 000 km Thats the Big serivce!"</p> <p>And so here we are at 90 000 km service in the fifth year of use, about 18 months past the manufacturers mandate replacement period and what am I told suprise suprise. "No Sir Spark plugs are not included in the Service", no reason offered why other then "they don't give it sir."</p> <p> </p> <p>So my question is why not.</p> <p>Mazda scheduled maintenance plan is very specific say it must be done. My Scheduled Service Plan (Mazda Motion Agreement) is for 5 yrs 90 000Km signed 10th Oct 2012. Stipulates and I quote</p> <p>5. Maintenance Work</p> <p>5.1 This maintenance work covered by this Agreement includes:</p> <p>5.1.1 The performance of maintenance and normal service ork stipulated by the Owner's Handbook applicable to the Vehicle.</p> <p> We have already established what the Owner's Handbook says So.... Whats the problem.</p> <p> </p>
<p>As the tile says if you like me made the mistake to fall for Edgars insurance managed by Brolink underwritten by Hollard. All I can say is sorry for you because they genuinely couldn't give a flying f@#k if you are happy with their service I dare you to complain all you will get is fasle promises "we will get back to you before end of the day" translation "Stop bugging us we don't give a f#$k if you don't like the service"</p> <p>Before you choose an insurance remember you get what you pay for Edgars insurance is cheaper but man o manot Brolink is not worth half what you pay</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
