For once in my life, I have come across a company that I can truly trust. Debt Guidance SA is highly recommended by me. They go out of their way to assist you countless times. They actually care about you (very refreshing) the people that work there deserve a medal really, in particular Chantal Gaines. Her commitment is beyond words, I'm still catching my breath can't believe it but yes, its true. Thank you, Debt Guidance - forever grateful.
I would like to share my horrific experience with everybody who needs to know. Recently Insured my car with Budget Insurance and was advised 2 months down the line that the tracker unit is had fitted was all of a sudden inadequate. They advised me on the 4th of November this year, giving me barely 3 days to upgrade the unit or they woul charge me a higher premium. This was sent to me via sms they couldn't even pick the phone up and have a conversation. After much battling I eventually managed to get the concerned tracking company out to upgrade the tracking unit in my car. On Tuesday morning I emailed the documents through to a person called Pretty and asked if all was in order, no response. Again this morning I mailed Pretty and asked for feedback , again no response, when I returned to my inbox at 11h30 again I sent an email no response. Leaving me with no choice I sent a request asking them to call me back, I'm still waiting and wonder if they ever will? I had to call directly and waste my air time in speaking to yet another consultant who appears to be assisting me. Currently I am in the dark as to how much my premium will be on the 7th which is tommorow. Bieng unemployed and begging and borrowing funds from wherever I can makes life hard going. I just wish that sometimes dome people would actually give a damn, or even better just do the flipping job that you get paid to do, you don't know how fortunate you are
so here is my problem: after having spent vast sums of money with this crowd. Not only am I expected to go to the licencing department to effect the change of ownership to my name, they refuse to respond to my emails,- and please do not try calling them because they just do not answer the phone. Specifically wrote a mail requesting the manager to call me as am pretty frustrated, get a response saying they will contact you within 24 hours ALL LIES. Am truly disappointed and probably wont support them going forward. Really do not appreciate being treated like this. Shame on you BMW Financial Services. Pity some do not get what "service" means - its like manners, you have none
<p>so i moaned about the **** poor service im getting from samsung regarding the repairs to my smart phone. Then was advised that the review received a response from these guys and was told in writing nogal that a "senior executive" would contact me shortly, that was on Thursday the 16th of Feb needless to say im still waiting for the call</p> <p>into week 4 and counting now </p> <p>enough said </p>
<p>so i have a samsung s7 edge (had) unfortunatley the device had a fall and cracked its screen. took the unit in for repairs to the "customer care centre" at 14th avenue on the 30th of January, today is the 15th of February marking day 17 and counting.</p> <p>never before have i ever come across such pathetic tripe in my entire life! was told 3 to 5 working days look now im literally paralysed and samsung couldnt give two monkeys about it, some ridiculous jargon i get along the lines of they are awaiting spares.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you very much samsung now i know which phone never to get again</p>
<p>been trying to get these clowns to change my banking details since March this year still no luck. even went as far as going on line to "my vodacom" still no luck</p> <p>every time i phone when am lucky enough to get through that is, am assured that the details have changed but alas it was all lies</p> <p>its official now - vodacom i hate you</p>
