Overpriced for absolutely **** quality produt. collar clip comes apart in my hands and my cat lost the R75 collar within 1 hour. Shocking. Profits put above me being able to feel safe my cat has my details on it.
Over one week of back and forth with the incompetent telkom staff where they ask me the same useless questions over and over . Completely shocking . I knew the service at talkom was rubbish but I at least thought someone would have an IQ of over 80 who works there . I GUESS NOT . Completely retarded staff . Maybe have another go at grade 7 . The way I structured my question a child could have understood and dealt with it better . To be asked the same question again after I answered the same one in the previous message ? Damn you guy are seriously so dumb . I know Southern Africa has massive issues with having some of the lowest average IQs in the world but goddam talkom you push it to the next level . Social media forces is like a group of mentally challenged donkeys trying to figure out how to drive a car . You have the internet how can you possibly ALL be so dumb ?
The worst service I have ever dealt with. Over a dozen times employees have broken promises to me and given me the runaround. My paid for order is over a week late, I'm appalled at the competence of your staff.
