Very bad service, does not phone back, empty promises, does not deliver or answer emails, escalated to management and their trail of thought when dealing with the resolution was just as bad. Will never use them again.

Giving this company 1 star is overly kind on my part, if I could rate it lower I could! It all started several months ago, we initially dealt with a lady (Anneri) who lied about various key facts of a line printer we needed. After many months of battle, lies, insults and various other unacceptable events and dealings, we were handed over to a senior person (Jason) who handled the situation well and eventually months later, when all was said and done, we were threatened with legal action from once again another person in the company. All we wanted was the correct invoice with the agreed amount. This proved to challenging for this organisation and they resorted to threats and aggressive behavior instead. This is the worst dealing in any industry in my entire life, I find this company extremely unprofessional. I now understand why my competitors and associates warned my against this company. Don't fall into the same trap as I did, RUN!!!!!

The worst service I have ever dealt with. Over a dozen times employees have broken promises to me and given me the runaround. My paid for order is over a week late, I'm appalled at the competence of your staff.

It started out in July when I first made contact with Future Packaging.I have requested that they quote on staff wear.For some reason there was a misunderstanding regarding the embroidery.It has been an endless battle of to and fro for 2 months to even get back a complete order.Several email messages has been sent and will only be attended to within a day or two.It is really frustrating to have to deal with a service provider such as this.Some items was delivered either short,embroidery looking hideous,and garments that was never worn but had defects on them.I am really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and empathy.
