Formal Complaint – Disrespectful and Threatening Conduct by Security Guard at Allan Gray Building I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the conduct of a security guard stationed at an Allan Gray building. A female contractor working on site was treated in an extremely disrespectful, rude, and threatening manner by this guard. He stated that if she returned to work the following day, she would not be granted access. He further claimed that he “pays her salary,” which is entirely false and inappropriate. Such comments are not only unprofessional but also intimidating and unacceptable. This behavior is deeply concerning, particularly within a company as reputable and prestigious as Allan Gray. Contractors and service providers should be treated with dignity and respect at all times. No individual should feel threatened or belittled while simply performing their job. The guard’s conduct was ****y, dismissive, and abusive in tone. This reflects poorly on the standards and values associated with Allan Gray. Immediate investigation into this matter is necessary, and appropriate disciplinary action should be taken. If this individual cannot conduct himself professionally and respectfully, he should not be in a position that involves interacting with staff and contractors. I trust that Allan Gray Head Office in Cape Town will take this complaint seriously and address the matter urgently to ensure a safe and respectful working environment for all. I placed an order with Lovisa on 27 June, and to date, I have not received my parcel. After weeks of silence, I followed up with their team only to be informed that the parcel was "lost in transit" and they are unable to track it. What’s most frustrating is that Lovisa never made the effort to notify me of the issue. If I hadn’t followed up myself, I would still be waiting, completely unaware. To “compensate,” they’ve offered me a R350 voucher — my original order was R255 — but this does not make up for the complete lack of service, communication, and basic customer care.I’m honestly disgusted by the sloppy and careless service I’ve received. This has left a very poor impression, and I won’t be shopping with Lovisa again.

I made a purchase on the 1st August for a Ultralink Tv bracket and a Ellies OVHD remote control.The bracket was delivered,but it appears from my online account that the remote control was cancelled. It also means I would need to wait longer for my order to be delivered There has to be a simpler way.Have the courier contact me directly upon delivery so that I give them the correct address. So here is my issue,the driver contacted me from 0678287778,informed me he was at the delivery address,Take Alot auto select picked up an address in Brackenfell,I confirmed with the driver if he was at my address in Goodwood.. he says yes,hands my parcel over to a complete stranger cause he thinks it's the correct address,this after I've confirmed with him my correct address.After checking in with him yesterday and today regarding my parcel,he now says that the parcel is at the warehouse in Brackenfell area.What infuriates me is that this was suppose to be delivered on Monday already..Come on now Take Alot...are you slacking on your service delivery.Please have my parcel delivered today.

Send me a the statement reflecting the outstanding balance of debt , which your company bought from Edgars ,I need to see that balance, together with the payments made thus far. Don't tell me I owe R 1450,without offering me a settlement discount. Because according to me I owe R 900 based on the bureau report. Get back to me with a settlement amount accompanied by a letter stipulating the settlement offer and your promise to send me a paid up letter within 24 hours after the money cleared.
