They are quick with their responses and keep me up to date with what's happening with my parcels. Their service is fantastic. They have good and frequent promotions which are miles ahead of what places like takealot have to offer. I will continue to use them for any and all of my online shopping.
I am honestly surprised these people still have a running business. We usually don't use Dawn Wing because they have such a bad name but we decided to on occasion use them for our long distance road freight orders. This was clearly a huge mistake, they are literally the worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Last week we sent a shipment with them like we usually do however today(a week later) my client calls me asking where his shipment is. It should have been delivered so I decided to call dawn wing to see what is going on. Well firstly I was told they would get back to me, which they did not so I decided to call them again. This time I actually managed to talk to someone who knows what's going on around them. She told me my package was damaged... This to me is unacceptable because Dawn Wing never bothered to tell me about my shipment getting damaged and if it weren't for my client wondering where his parcel is I would never have known this happened. Dawn Wing asked me if it was bubble wrapped and sealed properly, which it was. At this point they said they will launch an investigation into what is going on, which is total bullsh*t because this has happened before and they said they would investigate and get back to me which they never did. Their service is so poor and their staff are so unfriendly, unhelpful and unbelievably incompetent. Its not all courier companies by the way, Courier Guy us absolutely fantastic. Dawn Wing is rubbish and I would not recommend using them ever.
Well where to start… Lets talk about service, ah there is none. I placed and paid for my order three weeks ago and I have not received anything. Not even an update as to where my stuff is. This isn't the first time I have had this problem with them. Last year I ordered a bunch of items and it never came. Eventually I was told they sold me something that wasn't in stock, which to be fair is fine but why let me wait for a month before telling me this. Fool me once shame on you…. Lesson learnt I guess. They just have poor communication s****s and if I'm honest they have no idea how to run an online store the way its supposed to be run. I absolutely hate how they operate and by the look of it in not the only one. So zando shape up or ship out… but first give me my stuff
