WOOLWORTHS MY DIFFERENCE USELESS
my difference app does not work! please help! its useless. and i have tried their customer care a few times! how many times must i call! why change your app and it doesnt work

SO DISHONEST!!!
I tried to change a size of an item which was delivered yesterday. needed a bigger size. only to be told no size available. fine... then chose a different item which is more expensive and said I would pay the difference. THEN only to be told that the Burnt Points (B BUCKS) that i spent on my initial has fallen away and therefore lost. So any order you do with them in which you use their point system just falls away when you exchange or return. the lady I called today said thats how it is and dont worry you will earn on the new item...obviously not the same. NOW I AM SITTING WITH ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT AND WHICH WEREN'T CHEAP AT ALL. ITS RIDICULOUS

Disgusted in the lack of customer service
Had such a terrible experience with their web and spider infested g****s. Tried to complain and nothing..... got one response who the sample back, replied and since then after numerous emails absolutely nothing!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM
<p>What a disatrous choice to go with webafrica. I am constantly on hold and then get attitude from the call centre people. but so eager to ensure they get their monthly payments.</p> <p> </p> <p>BEST ADVICE DONT USE THEM</p>

DISGUSTING SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!
<p>I handed in documents on Saturday only to discover nothing has been sent through for processing at your head office. BESIDES being lied to at the branch on saturday and kept waiting for almost an hour and told that nobody in the branch can help me and now discover youve actually done nothing with my forms or details!!</p> <p> </p> <p>why was I hoping for anything to be done anyway when your staff there dont give a damn</p>
