People say there is no cure for depression and anxiety- that it can only be managed. Well I have tried everything on my journey to become enlightened enough to manage it. Various things like cognitive behaviour therapy, also reading up on dabrowski’s overexcitabilites and his theory of positive disintegration, to eastern techniques and beyond. <p>Account DCSA, At 11:15 today I called hosting support and asked them to accept a request for a domain i am transferring out to another provider. The person promised me that it was done. Now on a bad day it might take 2 hours to get the domain transferred, but no, not today. By 17:00 it was still not done. I have just transferred another domain from another provider and this took only 15 min. the site is already up and running, so the registry isnt too busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Long story short, Im sure the request was not accepted as promissed. I called Axxess and asked someone to just click the Accept button again and was informed that the person who answered does not work in hosting support and will not click the accept button. He made it clear that he can see the email, he has access to it, but refuses to click the button.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been with you guys for years and never have I had this kind of bad service from you. Your servers are overloaded these days, hence the move of domains.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys better shape up... Just like Afrihost back in the days when they won all the awards... Their heads got bigger and they lost 1000's of clients... You know what I am talking about.. There are zero true discrepancies. Request a statement, ask for a bank account match, send detailed proof of payments, technical support required? No problem- usually sent within an hour! Proper support and training provided throughout, they do know what they are doing. Sometimes computer systems get funny (with me more than anyone else I presume) but with their support it is almost always worked out immediately.</p> <p>Malcolm, Chris, Grace, Stanley and MAGGIE (yes eventhough she does more support in bitech she absolutely still counts!!) are definitely the most amazing!! I would Never, ever, ever be able to do this job if it wasn't for the absolute STELLAR support from Hyphen+Bitech alike. And I would not dream of switching to any other PDA. Remember, DC constructs the plan, Hyphen just pays out accordingly and offers the DC support when we require specific details. And support us they Really DO. Which is probably why they won ALL the awards in their category- because they simply are the best in the business.</p>
<p> I disputed a debit order due to my points not reflecting. I had 90 points available but the system showed 0. This was not the first time. A collector called me, I explained and he said he would investigate.</p> <p>The next day, this collector communicated with my partner's employer, sending him an email explaining everything about arrear amounts.</p> <p>This is unethical and unlawful.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company is a very good company and I love their resorts, but this was unacceptable! You dont call someones employer!</p>
