Fantastic service
Very very quick response times. Communication is always polit, professional and clear. they waste no time in reviewing your application and getting it sent off to the banks. online application form works well too.

Rushed, poor service
All these guys care about is getting the job done, and getting their money. I waited 3 days for them to come back to correctly complete a thermostat replacement that they didn't even test first time around. Stay away.

Motor Vehicle Write-off, excellent service.
Great customer service with a motor vehicle accident claim. I called the emergency call center when i had the accident, and from that moment i received good service from each person i dealt with. I was kept up to date (most of the time) with the proceedings and the payout was fair. they took longer (7 working days) than they aim for generally, as stated on their website (5 working days). However i don't see this as any major fault. Thank you MiWay, I will remain a loyal client.

Amazing app, I can't believe it's free!
<p>This app is simply amazing.<br />I've been using it for approximately 2 years I think, and I'm always learning new things about my own spending habits.<br />Dedicate some of your attention to this app for an hour or 2 each month and you'll become the master of your own finances.<br />I have nothing but good things to say about this app, as well as the super friendly and efficient staff.<br />I'd actually be willing to pay for this level of service.</p>
